“Good location. Some of touristic attractions are just 10 minutes by walk. Friendly and polite staff. Room clean. Good food in restaurant and amazing view from the rooftop.”

“Couldn't believe that this was a Hilton Hotel. Bad service. Broken promises about changing our room. We were in Room 204 overlooking a restaurant that played loud music all night. House keeping was disgusting. Had a 3 bed room. Everyday we had to phone for extra towels and toiletries. Staff are not interested because Hotel always full because of location. Breakfast is standard. Poor service. When you ask for tea with milk. You get tea then waitron goes for milk. You have to request a spoon. By the time everything that is needed for a cup of tea is in front of you your tea is Icy cold. I will definitely not be going back to this Hotel. Hilton needs to up their standards in this hotel.”
