“Recently booked two rooms here for a vacation in Istanbul taking into account the location and reviews. Regret booking this hotel so badly. Both rooms were in disgusting condition upon arrival. All the towels were stained and falling apart, there was nasty stuff all over the walls and counter tops had nasty gooey stuff, one of the room’s air conditioner was not working. We informed the front desk, they sent someone to rectify the situation. The air conditioner was fixed immediately, however the lady that was sent to clean the room could not be bothered. The room was in such bad condition we ended up leaving within the first hours and had to pay premium price to switch to another hotel last minute, which also happened to be a Hilton and also paid a premium price to the driver outside the hotel, they took this as an opportunity to rip us off. Front staff tried to be helpful but the rooms were in awful condition. See pics. Do not recommend.
Also, called Hilton several times during and after and they did nothing. We were refunded our hotel booking fees but then up-charged at a new Hilton location for booking last minute.”

“I have a very big problem! I feel very hot in the room cause of AC! And i've try to sleep but none of us can sleep! My mom & me suffers from allergies! Our body is Perspiring and red! I've call the room service and they send me someone to check it but he close it and he let ma talk to lady that she tell me you must close the ac and open the window&the AC will not work because it's winter! Is that really! It's not my 1st time came to turkey in winter but it is 1st time i face this!”
