“The staff was awesome, especially the ones I called when I had to order my food. The room was clean with all the necessities. So spacious and the balcony was huge with an amazing view. Whoever was in the kitchen....the food is just delicious. Then the security (SARAH) she's just the best.”

“I chose this place for my quarantine stay for 2 days. Although the room was amazing with a good view, the other services were really disappointing. Right from the check-in process to the food delivery, room services and the check- out. The continental break fast was delivered with some dry bread with no accompaniments ( butter/jam) as the menu mentioned and was assured a replacement of the baked beans which was not available on board. Only to find nothing was provided as mentioned. When I addressed my concerns to the team, they sent in their apologies and took in my breakfast order for the next day with some tall claims of delivering fresh fruit juice of my choice which was again never delivered. Again for dinner, the juice I ordered was spilled and soiled the bag. In addition, there was never a replacement of the toiletries and when I called in for the same, nobody answered the call neither anyone called me back. All in all, a very disappointing quarantine except for the room. Can’t even believe this is a five star facility.”
