“I had a great massage for the first time at the spa of Marsa Malaz Kempinski and the only thing I can say is that I will come back again.
Great welcome, nice facilities, friendly staff, good cleanliness. I think the name of the lady who massaged me was Lala. She was very friendly and explained to me everything about the spa and the massage. After we finish, she offered me green tea with ginger. Thank you all again and cu next time.”

“I chose this place for my quarantine stay for 2 days. Although the room was amazing with a good view, the other services were really disappointing. Right from the check-in process to the food delivery, room services and the check- out. The continental break fast was delivered with some dry bread with no accompaniments ( butter/jam) as the menu mentioned and was assured a replacement of the baked beans which was not available on board. Only to find nothing was provided as mentioned. When I addressed my concerns to the team, they sent in their apologies and took in my breakfast order for the next day with some tall claims of delivering fresh fruit juice of my choice which was again never delivered. Again for dinner, the juice I ordered was spilled and soiled the bag. In addition, there was never a replacement of the toiletries and when I called in for the same, nobody answered the call neither anyone called me back. All in all, a very disappointing quarantine except for the room. Can’t even believe this is a five star facility.”
