“This review is for the BVLGARI Cigar Lounge within the Hotel in London. I went there with my husband and was very happy with the experience we even stayed for a little while after closing and they were extremely polite and accommodating. There was a good range of cigars to choose from ranging from around £40 to £1000+ and very helpful and friendly staff. The Cigar Lounge has a dark and warm decor with browns and leather very cigar room looking as expected so don’t expect modern decor, but it a very nice. Very good selection of drinks a few choices of Mocktails if you don’t drink alcohol , some choices of Vintage wines and special Cognacs. My 15ml Hennessy Paradis was £60 and I had a few cocktails which were VERY good. My husband smoked a Por Larranaga (Habana) and was pleased with it (he’s not a cigar connoisseur though 😅) I didn’t order anything to eat from the bar but there is a small selection available I think before 9pm. The restaurant looked lovely and I will make a reservation and leave a review when I go. Note: There is practically no parking available we parked on a back street around 3 minutes walk away two lefts turns after the hotel and that’s the reason for deducting a star.”

Robbed at the bulgari Hotel London knightsbridge.
I visited the hotel in early December for a work trip and within a couple of minutes of being inside the hotel my louis vuitton handbag purse and other belongings were stolen from reception by a man posing as a guest the bag was stolen in front of 4 members of staff and there was no security on the door so no Deterrent to would be theifes targeting the hotel.
Was contacted by hotel manager regarding the incident and when I told him I wouldn't come back to the hotel he had the audacity to say maybe you shouldn't come back to London absolutely shocking service from such a high end hotel my advice would be if you value your belongings go to a hotel that values its guests.

I visited the Edward Sahakian lounge, which closes at 11 pm on a Sunday, with the last call at 10:30 pm. I arrived at 10:28 and was in the lounge at 10:30 on the dot for the “last call.” Unfortunately, there was no one there to assist me. The downstairs bar refused to offer me a drink at 10:31 when I reluctantly left the lounge. I think this is poor service for a 5* hotel. Visitei o lounge Edward Sahakian, que fecha às 23h de domingo, com a última chamada às 22h30. Cheguei às 10h28 e estava no saguão às 10h30 em ponto para a “última chamada”. Infelizmente, não havia ninguém lá para me ajudar. O bar do andar de baixo recusou-se a me oferecer uma bebida às 10h31, quando relutantemente saí do salão. Eu acho que isso é um serviço ruim para um hotel de 5 estrelas.

Visité el salón Edward Sahakian, que cierra a las 11 pm los domingos, con la última llamada a las 10:30 pm. Llegué a las 10:28 y estaba en el salón a las 10:30 en punto para la “última llamada”. Desafortunadamente, no había nadie allí para ayudarme. El bar de abajo se negó a ofrecerme un trago a las 10:31 cuando de mala gana salí del salón. Creo que este es un mal servicio para un hotel de 5 estrellas.

It is a good option to enjoy business or vacation. It's close to everything, especially Harrods, where I've always shopped. The breakfast is very good and the comfort of the room as well. I will be back. É uma boa opção para curtir negócios ou férias. Fica perto de tudo, principalmente da Harrods, onde sempre fiz compras. O café da manhã é muito bom e o conforto do quarto também. Went for a private party hosted by a friend. For a 5 star hotel the service and attitude of the manager Leo in charge of food was awful. He was rude, aggressive and kept making faces at any small request. Shocked beyond belief. Fui para uma festa privada organizada por um amigo. Para um hotel 5 estrelas o serviço e atitude do gerente Leo responsável pela comida era horrível. Ele era rude, agressivo e ficava fazendo caretas a qualquer pequeno pedido. Chocado além da crença.

I was very hopeful for a 5-star experience based on the other reviews, but there were a couple areas the Bulgari London fell short, including: unanswered phone calls to Guest Services, stains on towels, stains on bedding, both mattresses/toppers were sloping in a way that made them look overused, some stains on the carpet, a faulty ceiling light that kept turning on in the middle of the night, and a tiny little window looking onto the street. With Covid running rampant again, one of the Concierge staff members was visibly ill with a very runny nose, but still working. On a positive note, the staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive when I was able to connect with them. I think they may be short-staffed, or at least it felt that way.The restaurant (Sette) for breakfast and dinner was excellent. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty and nicely appointed. They are a bit dark due to the small amount of natural light.

Muito caro para o que oferece. Nunca vai com crianças, pois o hotel tem horários limitados para eles piscina e não avisa no site. O Concierge deixa muito a desejar. Ou seja, por este preço, há escolhas muito melhores em Londres.

This review is providing information about the Bulgari bar rather than the actual hotel. I had a lovely time there, the drinks were great however there was not a great deal of food for vegetarians. If they expand their menu that would make it a 5/5* review. The staff were very helpful and the cake was lovely!

Easily one of the best spas I've been to globally. Wonderful facilities including a gorgeous pool and jacuzzi area, where you can order in health food from the hotel's restaurant, and lovely steam, sauna and relaxation areas too. Talented massage therapists. Excellent choice for a spa day to escape life's stresses.

Muy buen hotel, ubicado a una cuadre del harrots, hotel nuevo, moderno con muy buen diseño, tiene una alberca de 25 metros y spa extraordinario, el bar muy cómodo, en el restaurante no me fue muy bien, los consier tiene gran experiencia en recomendarte restaurantes, tours, etc. Vale la pena visitarlo.
