This hotel is giving "old but they tried to modernize the floors/rooms" and failed. Our room was decently clean enough to withstand our 4-day stay, but there were many small things that increasingly made this place a turn off. Our toilet wouldn't flush and wouldn't stop running so we had to call the front desk. The water pressure in the sink was extremely weak. The towel hooks and shower head were falling out the wall. There was no complimentary bar soap left for us to wash our hands. I saw a baby roach run in a crack in the wall. The tub didn't look fully clean around the sides. Housekeeping did not change our sheets despite us not having our do not disturb sign on the door. The elevator was gross. And just the overall layout of the room seemed dumb. Why put a full-length mirror in the corner of the room and not as you walk in? We also didn't have a microwave. Check-in was smooth and the workers were nice but yeah, will not be staying here again. O nosso quarto era decentemente limpo o suficiente para suportar a nossa estadia de 4 dias, mas havia muitas pequenas coisas que cada vez mais tornavam este lugar um desvio. Nosso banheiro não dava descarga e não parava de funcionar, então tivemos que ligar para a recepção. A pressão da água na pia era extremamente fraca. Os ganchos de toalha e chuveiro estavam caindo da parede. Não havia sabonete em barra de cortesia para lavarmos as mãos. Eu vi uma barata bebê correr em uma rachadura na parede. A banheira não parecia totalmente limpa nas laterais. O serviço de limpeza não mudou nossos lençóis apesar de não termos nosso sinal de não perturbe na porta. O elevador era nojento. E apenas o layout geral da sala parecia estúpido. Por que colocar um espelho de corpo inteiro no canto da sala e não ao entrar? Também não tínhamos microondas. Check-in foi suave e os trabalhadores foram bons, mas sim, não vou ficar aqui novamente.

Buenas noches Hice mi reservación on- line me pareció justo el precio en base a sus instalaciones, y llegando me pidieron deposito de 50 dlls sin entregarme recibo, y sin decirme antes de mi reservación, me dijeron sin depósito no hay renta, lo pague y me comentaron que de 1 a 2 días depositaban y ya pasaron 8 días. No resuelven. Cero limpieza en las habitaciones , pésimo servicio de sus empleados. Jamás regresaríaempleados .

I stayed at the Hampton for 1 night and the hotel was clean, the customer service was great, and the beds were very comfy! I had complimentary breakfast and it was good.

Even tho my trip was cut short due to personal reasons, my stay was GREAT! Room was nice and cozy. I did not enjoy the breakfast but definitely would recommend to stay. Mesmo que minha viagem tenha sido interrompida por motivos pessoais, minha estadia foi ÓTIMA! Quarto era bom e aconchegante. Não gostei do café da manhã, mas definitivamente recomendo ficar.

Read the reviews and thought it would be a good place for my son’s basketball team to stay while we were in town for a tournament. Our two rooms were horrible, the conjoining door to the rooms was full of mold. The rooms smelled and wasn’t cleaned. A toothbrush was left on a lamp in the room, the refrigerator didn’t work and the other room was missing the microwave. You had to hold down the toilet handle for it to even flash all the way. The bathroom sink drained slow. I asked to change rooms and they couldn’t accommodate us. They wiped down the door but that’s all they could do. The elevator keep getting stuck and ppl got stuck on it. They shut it down and one of our team mate parent was disable, they had to move them to the first floor, the next morning. Couldn’t leave because we were the ones who found the place and had the other parents book there as well. We never go back.. Nossos dois quartos eram horríveis, a porta conjugada para os quartos estava cheia de mofo. Os quartos cheiravam mal e não eram limpos. Uma escova de dentes foi deixada em uma lâmpada no quarto, a geladeira não funcionou e no outro quarto estava faltando o micro-ondas. Você tinha que segurar a alça do vaso sanitário para que ela piscasse até o fim. A pia do banheiro drenava lentamente. Pedi para trocar de quarto e não conseguiram nos acomodar. Eles limparam a porta, mas foi tudo o que puderam fazer. O elevador fica preso e as pessoas ficam presas nele. Eles o desligaram e um dos pais do nosso companheiro de equipe foi desativado, eles tiveram que movê-los para o primeiro andar, na manhã seguinte. Não pude sair porque fomos nós que encontramos o lugar e os outros pais reservaram lá também. nunca mais voltamos..

As máquinas elípticas na sala de exercícios não funcionavam corretamente ou nada, o tapete de ioga estava gasto e a bola de exercícios estava quase plana. O registro do ar condicionado em nosso quarto chacoalhou até que meu marido bateu para ficar quieto e a porta que esconde a geladeira estava torta. Continuaremos a ficar em propriedades de Hampton, mas não lá.

The location is not a quiet place, you should expect some noises from the main highway beside the hotel. Free breakfast as usual Hamilton hotels, the dining area is so small, actually it's the same lobby place. The room was clean and so freezing even if you turned off the AC. Staff checking in and checking out are so welcome but he forgot to give me my diamond water and nuts. The location was great, all of the tourist things that I wanted to do were all no more than 20mins away, the staff were professional, friendly & attentive. The only concern I had was why my room wasn't cleaned or restocked with towels after a staff member specifically put the request in after no one came for 2 days, it's also weird that they ran out of clean towels. I don't know how that's possible for a hotel? Im thinking maybe they're short staff? The room was also muggy, so I wasn't surprised to see rusted door hinges & mold spot on the wall in the bathroom. A única preocupação que tive foi por que meu quarto não foi limpo ou reabastecido com toalhas depois que um membro da equipe fez o pedido especificamente depois que ninguém veio por 2 dias, também é estranho que eles ficaram sem toalhas limpas. Eu não sei como isso é possível para um hotel? Estou pensando que talvez eles sejam poucos funcionários? O quarto também estava abafado, então não fiquei surpreso ao ver dobradiças da porta enferrujadas e manchas de mofo na parede do banheiro.

1) Checked in on 8/4 and process was smooth and easy. The lady told us the wrong breakfast hours so we missed our breakfast the next day. The building looks like it was remodeled recently. Security guard present at late night hours. Cameras on every corner.2) Hallway and elevator sometimes smells strong of marijuana.3) pet is welcome for $75 but staff there are not pet friendly. When i walked passed by the front desk with my 14 lb dog they will always ask which room I was in. One time as I was waiting by the elevator two staff walking down the hallway talked about there are so many dogs in the building and they can't stand people traveling with pets.4) One night the parking lot was full and found out there was some locals using the back of the parking lot for gathering.The front desk lady was nice and offered to move her car from the diamond member spot for us. Police car was seen later to disperse the crowd.5) fire alarm went off 4 times from 5 am to 530am on 8/8. Front desk was unprofessional. By the time I reached the front desk the first alarm was stopped.The front desk lady saw us walking toward her and turned her back on us. I asked if there is anything else we have to do such as waiting for the firefighters to give the clear. Her response was "nothing". 1) Check-in em 8/4 e o processo foi tranquilo e fácil. Guarda de segurança presente nas horas da noite. Câmeras em cada esquina.2) Corredor e elevador às vezes cheiram forte a maconha.3) animais de estimação são bem-vindos por US$ 75, mas os funcionários não aceitam animais de estimação. Quando passei pela recepção com meu cachorro de 14 libras, eles sempre perguntam em qual quarto eu estava. não suporto pessoas viajando com animais de estimação.4) Uma noite, o estacionamento estava cheio e descobrimos que alguns moradores estavam usando a parte de trás do estacionamento para se reunir. A recepção senhora foi nice e oferecidos para mover seu carro do Diamond local membro para nós. Carro da polícia foi visto mais tarde para dispersar a multidão.5) alarme de incêndio disparou 4 vezes das 5h às 530h do dia 8/8. A recepção foi pouco profissional. Quando cheguei à recepção, o primeiro alarme foi interrompido. A recepcionista nos viu andando em direção a ela e virou as costas para nós. Perguntei se há mais alguma coisa que temos que fazer, como esperar que os bombeiros dêem a luz. A resposta dela foi "nada".

Os quartos são espaçosos, mas muita água sai da banheira. Toda a equipe é muito simpática, mas eles não vêm apenas para limpar depois de 4 noites, e eu sinto que você deveria ser mais frequente.

Las habitaciones son amplias, pero en la bañera se tira mucho el agua hacia afuera. Todo el staff es muy amable, pero no solo entran a hacer limpieza después de 4 noches, y siento que si deberías ser más frecuente.

Un lugar muy agradable el único pero es que se fue la luz toda la noche y no tiene planta de luz propia, las recámaras de lujo muy cómodas y la recámara para minusválidos está pensada en todo

Estuvo aceptable el cuarto, la limpieza es solo bajo pedido y había cucarachas en el lobby. Está bien para estancia corta y solo dormir.

Le doy 4 estrellas pues la persona del Font desk que estaba el 1 de Nov a las 6:15 am la verdad no tiene afan de servicio y me extraña pues la gran mayoria del personal de todos los hoteles de esta cadena lo tienen, menos este señor que desafortunadamente no tomé el nombre, pero pues siempre hay una primera vez y esta persona es la excepción.

Doy3 estrellas porque me quede 2 noches pero un día no limpiaron la habitación. De lo demás muy bien buen servicio en la recepción muy amables el desayuno muy bien....en pocas palabras me gustó

Fatal, baño se ve antihigiénico, le falta mantenimiento, piso horrible, la puerta del baño no cerraba,no recogen la basura al día siguiente , varias personas empezaron a bajar la basura porque tuvieron el mismo problema y el olo es fatal , que uno tiene que esperar 24 horas y encima ya para las 24 horas ya no hay nadie, las personas de limpieza están hasta las 4pm , y yo con los pañales de bebé, todo un asco , no llegaron ni a cambiar las sábanas, ni toallas , todo apestaba, me tuve que cambiar de hotel pronto del asco que sentía estar con todo el olor, en un lugar pequeño . No tiene microoondas. Fatal

No limpian las habitaciones, resulta que tú debes solicitar el servicio. Aún habiéndolo solicitado, ¡no lo limpiaron!. No ofrecen desayunos, y hasta el día de nuestra salida nos enteramos que ofrecían tarjetas de McDonald's de $5 dólares para compensar (nunca nos comentaron). El único elevador que tiene la propiedad, ¡dejó de funcionar! Y no había más explicación que: "No podemos hacer nada, así sucede". Increíble. Definitivamente no volveremos a ese hotel ni en sueños.
