Este é realmente um ótimo hotel em uma ótima área. Grande quantidade de bares e lugares interessantes nas proximidades, na badalada Hackney. O bar mostra esportes e tem uma seleção muito boa de drjnkjns que são todos com preços razoáveis - particularmente considerando a área do hotel está localizado dentro Existem quartos muito agradáveis que são confortáveis e eu gostei ficar em muito. Obrigado por uma ótima estadia. Estou ansioso para voltar em breve !!!

Nice hotel, o quarto era espaçoso e confortável, os funcionários foram simpáticos e eficientes. Eu tive uma estadia agradável. O bairro é um local multicultural tranquilo, mas interessante. Brick Lane fica a 15 minutos a pé se você estiver após comodidades e restaurantes.

A esposa e eu visitei dos Estados Unidos, e fomos agradavelmente surpreendidos com este hotel. A equipe foi amigável, o quarto era limpo e bem conservado, e foi em uma excelente localização perto do tubo. Além disso, há um conjunto de bicicletas da cidade fora do lobby na rua, e eu recomendo alugar uma bicicleta para barato e usar isso como o seu transpo em torno da cidade (se o tempo permitir). A única coisa que eu gostaria de mudar foi o estacionamento, creio que foi de 20 libras para park durante a noite. Muito íngreme, mas a alternativa é o estacionamento gratuito após cerca de metade 6 na rua.

Este hotel é um lembrete de que quatro estrelas são dadas para equipamento e interior, não necessariamente para o estado em que estão. Sim, há um secador de cabelo, mas não no banheiro. Está consertado na sala principal. Sim, há uma TV - eu não sabia que os monitores 4: 3 ainda estão construídos e em uso. A cortina de chuveiro cheirava e tinha manchas, esperemos que apenas mofo. Mas a localização é ótima, a cama foi Decentes, não ENTENDI ouvir muito barulho de outros hóspedes, e por apenas uma noite foi uma ok estadia. A equipe foi geralmente amistosa e atenciosa, a apenas não entendi porque I teve que assinar meu próprio cartão-chave slipcase, mas ao que parece uma nesta casa.

Honestamente, não tem nada de ruim para dizer sobre este hotel. Eu e meu parceiro ficamos aqui uma noite, o nosso quarto era bom e frio, embora foi quente sufocante fora. Foi muito tranquilo quando voltamos ao nosso quarto independentemente da festa no bar você não podia ouvi-lo e as cortinas black out foram uma bênção. A equipe foi adorável e ficamos felizes por manter a nossa bagagem enquanto fomos para um casamento. Altamente recomendaria este hotel.

Nice clean hotel. Nice staff and in general very pleasant. Prices are VERY good for London, we paid around £140 for two rooms on a Friday night. No complaints!

Buena estancia, personal atento, habitaciones muy limpias aunque algo pequeñas, y el desayuno lo mejor sin duda. El único inconveniente que hay que dar un depósito de 100 libras (para destrozos o mal cuidado de la habitación) algo que me pareció excesivo.

Muy bien el hotel, la habitación muy limpia y cómoda .El servicio muy amable, sobre todo dos señoritas que hablan español. Muy bien hubicado, ya que con el autobús ,que pasa por la misma puerta, te lleva al mismo centro en 20'.

Nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable, staff were friendly and efficient. I had an enjoyable stay. The neighbourhood is a quiet but interesting multicultural spot. Brick Lane is a 15 minutes walk away if you are after amenities and restaurants.

Brilliant 1 night stay at this surprisingly nice hotel, i say surprisingly as when i stayed in Hackney the accommodation was slightly different! After leaving i realised i had left my phone in the room. 1 call to Robert and it was found and ready for collection. Comfy beds, good service and a good ambience!

El hotel es limpio, todo lo que está en la pieza se incluye en el precio (no hay cobros extra), tiene buena conexión a internet, el AC funciona y es muy inclusivo; está completamente pensado para gente con discapacidad, desde la altura de las manillas, la ducha con asiento, incluso tiene un segundo peep hole en la puerta.Todo lo que ofrecen, funciona bien. Los paquetes los traen directo a la pieza, incluso si no estás. Hay plancha, secador de pelo, hervidor, café y chocolate caliente en la pieza.La experiencia ha superado mis expectativas.

El personal muy desagradable y poco profesional. Me hicieron doferentes cargos fraudulentos y me hicieron pagar penalizacion por fumar en el hotel, cuando yo no habia fumado!!!! No vuelvo JAMAS a ese hotel. El parking es una estafa

If I could give it zero I would. Staff were awful. Refused us check in as we didn't have the same credit card the booking was made in although our room had been paid for months ago. We could have paid the holding fee £50 per room but she would not let us do this on another card. We tried to explain that it was our work that had paid for the booking but she wouldn't allow us to use a different card and refused to check us in. We would have been left without a place to stay so had no option other than to pay for rooms and holding deposit on our debit cards while she said she would refund the original payment. So we had to pay nearly 400 pound on our debit card & this left us with no money for food or drinks in the evening. Completely ruined our stay. Then when we got out the lift on the fourth floor there were 2 scratched up sofas covered in food crumbs and the corridor was littered with used food plates. Disgusting.

This hotel is a reminder that four stars are given for equipment and interior, not necessarily for the state they're in. Yes, there's a blow dryer, just not in the bathroom. It's fixed in the main room. Yes, there's a TV - I didn't know that 4:3-displays are still built and in use. The shower curtain smelled and had stains, hopefully just mold. But the location is good, the bed was decent, I didn't hear too much noise from other guests, and for just one night it was an okay stay. Staff was generally friendly and helpful, I just didn't understand why I had to sign my own key card slipcase, but apparently one does in this house.

It took over an hour to get there from the airport without traffic. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are a decent size, clean and comfortable. I would stay here again.

We would stay again. The hotel itself was clean and had modern furnishings. We booked a twin room and double room. Both had an ensuite with bath and shower. kettle and teas and coffees plus unusually these days hot chocolate. Iron and ironing board in each wardrobe. Best route to avoid walking was via Old Street underground station on Northern line, exit where the sign says Shoreditch and catch the 55 bus. It stops outside the RE hotel. If we had followed the negative reviews, we would have missed this hotel gem Reception staff were professional and courteous to all four of us and unlike many hotels considerate in giving our party rooms next door to each other. I can understand why those who aren't used to London were wary of the walk from the nearest underground tube station. Bethnal Green underground station and immediate area around needs some TLC (Hackney local authorities). Don't gentrify the whole area, just invest in the local facilities and local businesses to retain its diverse character and address poverty and homelessness. Looked like the late 90s again. Complete contrast in gentrified Shoreditch, where I used to work for a charity. Don't knock this hotel for that though. Good to see diversity amongst staff employed by RE. We would all stay again.

Honestly, got nothing bad to say about this hotel. Me and my partner stayed here one night, our room was nice and cold even though it was sweltering hot outside. It was very quiet when we returned to our room regardless of the party in the bar you couldn't hear it and the black out curtains were a blessing. Staff were lovely and were happy to hold onto our luggage while we went to a wedding. Highly recommend this hotel.

The Wife and I visited from the States, and we were pleasantly surprised with this hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and well maintained, and it was in a great location near the tube. Also, there is a set of City Bikes outside the lobby on the street, and I would highly recommend renting a bike for cheap and using that as your transpo around the city (weather permitting). Only thing I'd like to change was the parking, I believe it was 20 quid to park overnight. Pretty steep, but the alternative is free parking after around half 6 on the street.

Muy buen hotel, bien ubicado para ir al centro. Tienes una parada de autobús enfrente ( número 55 ) que te deja en Oxford circus, tarda unos 40 minutos pero vas directo y viendo zonas conocidas en el típico autobús londinense. Tienes el metro a 15 minutos ( Bethnal Green ) que es la línea roja Central Line que para en casi todos los sitios importantes con un transbordo como máximo. El personal del hotel muy amable y hay una chica española muy simpática que te ayuda en todo, desayunos buenos , habitaciones muy cómodas, baño muy limpio y cambios de toallas diarios como la gestión de la habitación. El agua del mini bar es gratis por cierto, que es bastante curioso, aunque el agua del hotel está bastante bien. Se encuentra en un barrio residencial muy tranquilo, sin ruidos y además a 10 minutos de la calle bethnal green en donde puedes encontrarte supermercados, pubs y restaurantes normales y de comida rápida. Muy recomendable, volveremos seguro

This is a really nice hotel in a great area. Loads of bars and cool places nearby in trendy Hackney. The bar shows sports and has a really nice selection of drjnkjns which are all reasonably priced - particularly considering the area the hotel is located in. There are really nice rooms which are comfortable and I enjoyed staying in very much. Thank you for a great stay. I am looking forward to returning soon!!!

Buen hotel, muy limpio y con habitaciones de tamaño correcto. Baño y muebles nuevos. Quizás faltaría renovar ropa de cama y colchones, así como mejorar la insonorización a nivel de calle, pero en resumen se trata de un buen hotel.
