This is a nice hotel. I had a great experience there. My room was comfortable and spacious. If I needed any assistance, the employees provided prompt and courteous customer service. The only con is the Wi-Fi. It doesn't work. The pool was closed and the exercise room is small but my overall experience was pretty good.

Se hospedado por uma semana para o trabalho do marido. É definitivamente mais antigo e poderia usar algumas atualizações, mas no geral não foi uma experiência ruim.Pro: os quartos eram limpos, o café da manhã era saboroso, boa localização, a pressão da água no chuveiro era boa Contras: a piscina está fechada (e, de acordo com outros comentários, já faz um tempo), a cama ainda não é de espuma de memória ou híbrida, por isso não era muito confortável

Me alojé por una semana por el trabajo de mi esposo. Definitivamente es más antiguo y podría usar algunas actualizaciones, pero en general no fue una mala experiencia.Pro: las habitaciones estaban limpias, el desayuno era delicioso, buena ubicación, la presión del agua en la ducha era buena Desventaja: la piscina está cerrada (y según otras reseñas lo ha estado durante un tiempo), la cama sigue siendo de resortes, no de espuma viscoelástica o híbrida, por lo que no era muy cómoda.

Stayed for a week for husband's work. It's definitely older & could use some upgrades but overall it was not a bad experience at all. Pro: rooms were clean, breakfast was tasty, nice location, water pressure in shower was good Con: pool is closed (and according to other reviews it has been for a while), bed is still springs not memory foam or hybrid so it was not very comfortable

Segunda vez em um ano que me hospedo aqui. O lugar é limpo e o quarto estava em ótima ordem. No entanto, como eu tinha trabalho para recuperar, esperava colocar meu terminal no wifi. Sem sorte - o número de suporte técnico que me foi dado aparentemente é o errado, pois o suporte (depois de me colocar em espera por cerca de 5 minutos) me informou que eles não atendem este local. Da próxima vez que estiver na área, terei que levar meus negócios para outro lugar.

Reserva de última hora, o trânsito atrasou nossa chegada em casa e eu estava super cansada. Check-in foi super rápido, a equipe da recepção foi fantástica. Muitas opções de alimentação na região. AC foi ótimo, a pressão da água no chuveiro foi fantástica. As camas eram aconchegantes. As opções de café da manhã eram ótimas! Café bom. Atendente de café da manhã manteve a área super arrumada. Poderia ter usado algumas tomadas mais acessíveis para carregar eletrônicos no quarto. Não tinha um sinal de "não perturbe", então o serviço de limpeza bateu algumas vezes antes do check-out do meio-dia

Reserva de última hora, el tráfico había retrasado nuestra llegada a casa y estaba súper cansado. El registro fue muy rápido, el personal de recepción fue fantástico. Muchas opciones de comida en la zona. El aire acondicionado se sentía genial, la presión del agua en la ducha era fantástica. Las camas eran acogedoras. Las opciones de desayuno eran geniales! Buen café. El encargado del desayuno mantuvo el área súper ordenada. Podría haber usado algunas tomas de corriente más accesibles para cargar dispositivos electrónicos en la habitación. No tenía un cartel de "no molestar", por lo que el servicio de limpieza golpeó un par de veces antes de la salida del mediodía.

My friend is allergic to dust and mold. The hotel has its pool closed because there is HUGE mold growths around the vents and the machinery room. With mold spreading as it does, we found out only by switching rooms several times that the entire hotel, even to the top floor, has been infested with black mold. I tried to prove a point by turning the room heater on and the entire 1 bedroom suite instantaneously smelled like burning wood to the point everyone was gagging and I was refunded for the remaining days of my stay but not the excruciating time spent in this hotel.

Last minute booking, traffic had delayed our home arrival and I was super tired. Check in was super quick, front desk staff was fantastic. Plenty of food options in the area. AC felt great, water pressure in the shower was fantastic. Beds were cozy. Breakfast options were great! Good coffee. Breakfast attendant kept area super tidy. Could have used a few more accessible power outlets for charging electronics in the room. Did not have a"do not disturb " sign, so housekeeping knocked a couple time prior to noon checkout

Second time in a year I've stayed here. The place is clean and the room was in great order. However, since I had work to catch up on I had hoped to get my terminal on the wifi. No luck- the tech support number I was given is apparently the wrong one, as support (after putting me on hold for about 5 minutes) informed me they don't service this location. Next time I'm in the area I'll have to take my business elsewhere.

Meu amigo é alérgico a poeira e mofo. O hotel tem sua piscina fechada porque há ENORMES crescimentos de mofo ao redor das aberturas e da sala de máquinas. Com o mofo se espalhando, descobrimos apenas trocando de quarto várias vezes que todo o hotel, até o último andar, estava infestado de mofo preto. Tentei provar um ponto ligando o aquecedor do quarto e toda a suíte de 1 quarto instantaneamente cheirava a madeira queimada a ponto de todos estarem engasgando e eu fui reembolsado pelos dias restantes da minha estadia, mas não pelo tempo excruciante gasto neste hotel.

Os quartos precisam de limpeza profunda e alguns reparos. Nossa unidade de AC foi uma das mais barulhentas que já encontrei, o que geralmente não me importo, mas esta foi extra especial. As camas eram desconfortáveis, mas os travesseiros eram bons. Os móveis de tecido estavam manchados. A cadeira da escrivaninha estava quebrada. Havia uma coisa branca que pingava e secava na cômoda. E o café da manhã era simplesmente ruim. Não vale a pena os quase US $ 200 por noite que paguei por isso.

The rooms are in need of deep cleaning and some repairs. Our AC unit was one of the loudest I have ever encountered which I generally don't mind but this one was extra special. The beds were uncomfortable but the pillows were nice. The fabric furniture was stained. The desk chair was broken. There was white stuff that had dripped and dried on the dresser. And the breakfast was just bad. Not worth the almost $200 a night I paid for it.

Definitivamente vou ficar em outro lugar na próxima vez. O café da manhã não era fresco ou reabastecido com freqüência. Os quartos eram arrumados, mas não limpos. Meus sabonetes já estavam abertos, xícaras faltando, cabelo na banheira e no chão. Nossas chaves pararam de funcionar duas vezes durante a nossa estadia de fim de semana, o que é irritante porque você não pode entrar no hotel sem elas. Há um restaurante no estacionamento principal, então o estacionamento para o hotel é proibido, a menos que você venha de manhã ou estacione na lateral ou nos fundos.

Definitely going to stay elsewhere next time. The breakfast was not fresh or restocked frequently. The rooms were tidy but not clean. My soaps were open already, cups missing, hair in tub and on floor. Our keys stopped working twice during our weekend stay which is annoying because you can't get into the hotel without them. There's a restaurant in the main parking lot so parking for the hotel is no go unless you come in the morning or park on the side or back.
