Instalações muito boas. Estive num apartamento. Bem arejado, tectos altos .Descansei muito bem. As camas eram muito boas. Local sossegado. Pessoal simpático e prestável. A localização deste Hotel é óptima, mesmo no centro, ficamos perto da estação do Metro .

Muito bem localizado, boas-vindas amigáveis, funcionários disponíveis. O armário de bagagem é muito útil para visitar Paris com as mãos livres. Quarto duplo espaçoso, muito limpo. Kitchenette completa. Máquina de café grátis no lobby e sempre disponível. Obrigado por esta estadia agradável.

The hotel has a great location and quiet rooms, the staff are perfectly friendly (thank you Alessia for showing us the rooms on our first day, and Saeed for being so warm and welcoming when we checked in on our second stay) and it’s got the basic amenities you need to live day to day. The shower is quite clogged and takes a long time for water to drain after each use but apart from that, we don’t have major complaints. Best of all, they now have a gym in the basement!

Wonderful place, helpful and friendly staff. The stairs on the 5th floor apartments are a bit scary as they are super smooth and slippery, might be a mobility issue for some. Very comfortable, great location.

Likely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Think disgusting college dorm room. My company booked the largest size corporate apartment as I needed to be in Paris for a week on business and the company was told these were nice corporate short term services apartments. Instead the room was filthy - stains on all the furniture, unclean bathroom, questionable grime on the walls and floor. And they don’t have housekeeping so it’s not like they would fix it. The worst part however was the bed which in addition to being incredibly unclear also smelled like someone had chain smoked in it for a few weeks. I ended up checking out early because it was so bad. I would not recommend staying here ever.

We had a really bad experience. After asking for a quiet room, they booked us in a first floor right on top of a bar. People are on the street for hours singing and being loud. Definitely not a place for families! Avoid... After asking for help to reception, all they do is ask you to wait for a few minutes. They claim that there is nothing they could do.

Impressed!!Love the hotel, from the coffee to the slippers 😂 it is all awesome!! Great location, the patisserie in front was delicious!! We rented the apartment with a room. My kids used the pullout couch and played 24/7 (photo). The apartment has a washing machine, fridge, microwave, stove, etc. We really enjoyed it!! Highly recommend it and advise you to come here. We hope you’ll be willing to see us here again!! Impressionado!!Amo o hotel, do café aos chinelos 😂 é tudo demais!! Ótima localização, a confeitaria em frente estava deliciosa!! Alugamos o apartamento com um quarto. Meus filhos usaram o sofá-cama e jogaram 24 horas por dia (foto). O apartamento tem máquina de lavar, geladeira, microondas, fogão, etc. Gostamos muito!! Recomendo e aconselho a vir aqui. Esperamos que você esteja disposto a nos ver aqui novamente!!

Great Hotel We stayed for 9 days during July 2022 at a studio room which was Spacious and well planned The studio room had a kitchen With a wide range of kitchenware and dining table The bed was very comfortable The staff was very professional and friendly and Did everything to assist with any request The location of the hotel is great One minute walking from metro station with 2 lines One minute walk from great cafe and restaurants Two Minutes walk from KFC, Mcdonalds and chipotle Ten minutes walking from the The big department stores and the Opera

First of all, outstanding service at the front desk: I forgot my daughter medication & our beauty box, they kept it for 10 days after calling 📞 me when I told them I will not be back right away. Second, the hotel has AC which is amazing 👏 when it's over 90 degrees in Paris summer and finally the 2 bedrooms suite was very quiet.

Excellent central location yet quiet rooms. Well equipped. Oversized comfortable bed. Doublex rooms are a convenient specialty particularly if you do home office work. Very clean. Friendly team. We certainly will come back.

Las medidas anticovid son disparatadas. No ofrecen desayunos, no hay utensilios para cocinar. Un par de platos, vasos y algunos cubiertos es todo el menaje de hogar. El váter tenía ceniza encima cuando llegué.

El lugar está bien, no me gusto q cuando llegue me enteré q no te limpian la habitación. Q si querés q te limpien se paga un adicional nada económico de 28 euros por departento. No te dejan ni una escoba para barrer. Y q si queres cambio de toallas tenes q bajarlas a recepción. Muy caro para ese trato. Pedí q me despierten para llegar en horario a la estación de tren y no lo hicieron. Para lavar ropa eran 9 euros si querías lavar y secar. Desayuno se paga aparte. Me mal informaron con respecto al servicio de taxis. La verdad NO VOLVERÍA NUNCA.El personal poco o nada atento. Y yo conozco este sistema tipo apart. He ido a hoteles en muchos países e incluso en el mio y nunca de esta manera. Malisimo. Lamento q mi experiencia en París, q es la segunda vez q visitó haya sido tan mala con respecto a este tema. Y eso q el apart estaba más de 400 euros por noche y nos quedamos 5 noches.

Muy bien ubicado y con un personal de recepción muy amable. Una de las recepcinistas, Anne Marie, habla un poco de español, por lo que quien no hable francés o inglés no tiene excusa para no alojarse en éste hotel. Apartamento amplio, limpio y con camas muy cómodas.
