“Absolutely loved this hotel, staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms are a bit on the smaller side but the service makes up for it. Interiors are clean and modern! 15-20 min walk to most tourist sites”

“It would be a very nice hotel if they would clean the rooms. It was all dusty when we came and it always stayed dusty after "cleaning". Also, a drink I had left a very visible mark on the table and they didn't wipe that for days, proving that they usually don't wipe the surfaces and that they don't look around.
I don't know what they're doing besides making the bed and changing the toilet paper. Even on day 4 or 5, after letting them in every day, when my pants or other changed clothes touched the floor they would immediately be very dusty at that spot.”
