A recepção foi ótima. Minha filha estava na UTI do Hospital Piemonte e eu vim de fora da cidade para ficar com ela. A equipe se inclinou para trás para me ajudar com a minha estadia. Muito obrigado. Eu realmente apreciei a ajuda e a estadia.

The front desk was great. My daughter was in ICU at Piedmont Hospital and I came in from out of town to be with her. The staff bent over backwards to to help me out with my stay. Thank you very much. I truly appreciated the help and the stay.

Experiência horrível. Chegamos com um grupo de 30 em muitas suítes. Meu quarto estava infestado de tias por toda parte. Formigas na cama, nos balcões, nas mesinhas, nas cadeiras... Era excessivo. Não podíamos deixar nossas bebidas ou desfrutar de uma refeição e colocá-la de lado. Enviei vídeos para o gerente e coopero com resolução zero ou assistência na mudança. Nem sequer foi oferecido um reembolso nem pontos. Disseram que meu caso estava encerrado. Marriott disse que não há nada que eles possam fazer, embora o hotel tenha marcado seu nome. Ficamos no Marriott em todo o país e este foi de longe o pior. Viajando tanto, você espera que as coisas nem sempre sejam perfeitas, mas o acompanhamento da questão foi inaceitável tanto pelo hotel quanto pelo atendimento ao cliente da Marriott.

The location is good but there was a dirty towel in the tub and no face towels. The staff would NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. They also told us op front they will not come up for anything.

Horrible experience. We arrived with a group of 30 in many suites. My room was infested with aunts all over. Ants in the bed, the counters, the end tables, the chairs…It was excessive. We could not leave our drinks or enjoy a meal and lay it down. I have sent videos to the manager and cooperate with zero resolution or assistance with relocating. Haven’t even been offered a refund nor points. Was told my case was closed. Marriott said there is nothing they could do although the hotel branded their name. We stay at Marriott all over the country and this by far as been the worst. Traveling so much, You expect things will not always be perfect, but the follow up on the issue was unacceptable by both the hotel and Marriott customer service.

A equipe da recepção é incrível. O serviço de limpeza batia portas e gritava no pátio o dia todo. Constante, CONSTANTE enorme, cães barulhentos latindo durante todo o dia e noite, e eu acho que a recepção foi incapaz de parar depois que ligamos. Para a semana inteira. Outros convidados estavam muito de acordo enquanto conversávamos no café da manhã e fora de nossos quartos. O café da manhã era bom e feliz que havia uma pequena academia para correr na esteira. O meu favorito era o xampu da árvore do chá e o condicionador de sálvia e o sabonete líquido. Adorei o quarto, só precisava de isolamento acústico importante.

El personal de recepción es increíble. El servicio de limpieza azotó las puertas y gritó en el patio todo el día. Perros constantes, CONSTANTES enormes y ruidosos ladrando todo el día y la noche, y supongo que la recepción no pudo detenerlo después de que llamamos. Para toda la semana. Otros invitados estaban muy de acuerdo mientras charlábamos en el desayuno y fuera de nuestras habitaciones. El desayuno era bueno y feliz de que hubiera un pequeño gimnasio para correr en la cinta. Mi favorito era el champú de árbol de té y el acondicionador y gel de baño de salvia de limón. Me encantó la habitación, solo necesitaba un gran aislamiento acústico.

The front desk staff is awesome. Housekeeping slammed doors and yelled in the courtyard all day long. Constant, CONSTANT huge, loud dogs barking all day and night, and I guess front desk was unable to stop it after we called. For the entire week. Other guests were very much in agreement as we chatted at breakfast and outside our rooms. Breakfast was good and happy that there was a little gym to run on the treadmill. My very favorite was the tea tree shampoo and lemon sage conditioner and body wash. Loved the room, just needed major noise insulation.

Como de costume neste hotel, os quartos são agradáveis, limpos e nítidos, a única coisa que eu mudaria seria a senhora que trabalha na recepção das 14 às 22h? Ela é muito profissional, mas também é muito curta, curta e parece "rude" Principalmente se você não for do sul rs. Mas o café da manhã é quente e, portanto, é um café 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana, que é obrigatório! ! Esteja ciente, mas eles não informam no momento da reserva que eles cobram entre US $ 150 e US $ 250 por um depósito de segurança no check-in.

As per usual this hotel the rooms are nice and clean and crisp, the only thing that I would change about it, would be the lady that works at the front desk from 2-10pm? She's very professional, but she is also very curt, short, and comes across as "rude" Especially if you're not from the south lol. But the breakfast is hot, and so it's a coffee 24/7 which is a must have!! Be aware, but they don't tell you upon time of booking is that they charge anywhere between $150 to $250 for a security deposit upon check-in.
