Ótima localização, hotel bem limpo e organizado, os quartos são antigos e o espaço dos quartos é mal utilizado, no geral é um lugar interessante de ficar principalmente pelo fácil acesso aos pontos turísticos.

Muy buena ubicación primero me dieron un cuarto al final pero exageradamente lejos del elevador y esquina no cabían ni las maletas una sola cama queen fatal una persona muy amable de nombre Miguel creo que era español hablaba muy bien el español nos atendió y nos cambio de habitación y fue excelente aparte nos ayudó con las reservaciones a los restaurantes y otras cosas hermoso hotel solo le falta una placa en el lavabo no hay en donde poner nada solo es el ovalin. Lo recomiendo tiene un restaurante de comida muy buena lo mejor la ubicación

This place is one of the most well known in this area. I have been staying here for a long time. If you decide to stay here you for sure won't be let down.Highly recommend staying here if you are heading to Boston! We were very impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. Nice staff, great location, cool hotel with an excellent cocktail bar that we just seem to get back to each night. Yes, the rooms are small but I'd assume most hotel rooms downtown Boston are, but this was better priced when we compared and we got a lot more value out of this place. So glad we decided to stay here - you should stay here too.

Although the room is small and a bit dated the rich history of the building makes up for it. The staff was 11/10, I’ve never received such wonderful service and overall kindness and small touches just to elevate the experience. The lobby alone is worth it even if you don’t stay there, just walk in and look around. It reminded me of the titanic, so grand and opulent and actually old and well maintained not copied. Really memorable place!

Excesivamente caro con mal trato por parte del personal de recepción. Ubicación perfecta, hotel con solera, antiguo y lujoso. Teníamos una suite, amplia aunque con poca luz. No merece el precio que tiene aunque es un hotel agradable. En la recepción nos atendió Toni y fue muy desagradable con nosotros. El servicio queda muy lejos de un hotel de 5 estrellas.

The a/c also turned off when it was not actively cooling (instead of switching to a fan setting), so it made the room feel very stuffy. The pillows in my room were also way too soft.

Soy honesta ..el hotel está en un buen lugar accesible a muchos lugares y dos parques...el hotel es limpio...el servicio de room service excelente...pero....y no es por lo chavos ..pero necesitaba entrar antes al cuarto y me dijeron que al entrar antes de tiempo se me cobraba 30.00 dolares... nunca te dicen q por ese tiempo te van a cobrar agua q nunca bebí...Internet q nunca use... 4ntre otras cosas dijo la del servicio... si 3l hotel no informa q eso pasará y q por dos horas en vez de 30 pagaras 58.00 con taxes... créanme q nunca lo hubiera aceptado y haría como los americanos ... economizarme ese dinero.... no son responsables en ell hotel de inf. Extras ....

Não pode dar errado com esta localização. A equipe foi amigável e muito acolhedora. O quarto estava apenas ok. As paredes e portas são finas, então você ouve claramente seus vizinhos e pessoas andando no corredor, o que resultou em ser acordado às 130 da manhã para os hóspedes que retornam. O AC manteve o quarto agradável e fresco, mas não havia opção de deixar o ventilador ligado quando o AC está desligado, o que teria ajudado a abafar os sons do ambiente. Great location, easily walkable to multiple attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very small. No room service available due to COVID. There is a safe and a pod coffee maker (albeit with minimal coffee supplies) in the room. Upon check in valet didn't know how to start our car, just kept pushing buttons & setting off the alarm. Then we were given our room keys only to find, on entering the room, that it wasn't ready...the bed was stripped with dirty linen on the chair and towels on the floor. Easily rectified by the front desk staff. Would return and try it out again on another trip

Beautiful hotel situated in the heart of Boston and on the Freedom Trail. Staff were amazingly attentive, helpful and friendly. The hotel is elegant although in retrospect, it is not as welcoming to guests with physical disabilities. You can navigate to most areas indirectly but due to its age, that is something to keep in mind. The rooms are very nice and have comfortable beds. Lobby is gorgeous. The only inconvenience is the small bathrooms and insufficient lighting and counter space to meet the needs of those trying to put on makeup. I had a city view room which made it quite enjoyable. I certainly would stay again.

I had a fabulous stay at this historic hotel thanks to the amazing staff! The people who work there make all the difference. Every single person I encountered at the Parker House was kind and caring and went above and beyond to make my accommodations comfortable. They made my stay exceptional. The hotel is gorgeous and the Boston Cream Pie and Parker House rolls are both not to be missed. I highly recommend getting one of the executive rooms for the extra space. Eu tive uma estadia fabulosa neste hotel histórico graças à equipe incrível! As pessoas que trabalham lá fazem toda a diferença. Todas as pessoas que encontrei na Parker House foram gentis e atenciosas e fizeram de tudo para tornar minhas acomodações confortáveis. Tornaram minha estadia excepcional. O hotel é lindo e os rolos Boston Cream Pie e Parker House são imperdíveis. Eu recomendo obter um dos quartos executivos para o espaço extra.

Everyone in the staff is kind, welcoming, and extremely informed on the area. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an elegant and inviting place to stay in Boston!All of the staff was phenomenal, but Elizabeth at the front desk really went above and beyond to enhance my experience and provide historical information about the hotel. Unfortunately I cannot recall the bellman/valet who assisted me, but I believe it may have been Paul. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the level of guest service and the impressive quality of the hotel. Este hotel é absolutamente fenomenal. A magnífica atenção aos detalhes não é apenas proeminente na infra-estrutura, mas também no seu serviço. Todos na equipe são gentis, acolhedores e extremamente informados sobre a área. Hotel muy bello y bien conservado, no estaban funcionando los 4 elevadores (solo 2). La ubicación es espectacular, el tamaño de la habitación es pequeña, las camas son muy cómodas. El baño es pequeño, falta extractor de aire. El ruido que hacen en el pasillo es súper molesto, eran las 4 a.m y llegaba gente metiendo ruido y gritando porque estaban llegando a sus habitaciones, se aviso varias veces pero no hacían nada.

Un clásico que le falta una reforma pero sigue siendo muy cómodo y una gran opción para visitar la ciudad. Justo en el centro de Boston, perfecto para ir caminando a muchos lados. Servicio amable y habitaciones amplias. No sé si volvería porque me gustan hoteles más modernos pero fue una buena experiencia alojarme en este hotel.

Excelente ubicación, muy buena atención. Es el hotel más viejo de Boston (1855), usé una habitación para 4 PAX, y me resultó chico (dos camas dobles pequeñas, calculo que de 1,20m, incómodas para dos personas). El baño es grande, y frío por su tamaño, y sin vanitory, casi no hay donde apoyar o dejar los artículos de baño. WiFi pago ($10 por dia) en una época donde vas a un kiosko y tenés free WiFi, y sin desayuno. No volvería. Creo que es ideal, para gente mayor.

Es un hotel especial. Sobre todo porque, si no recuerdo mal, es el más antiguo de EEUU. Está muy bien ubicado y con decoración clásica. Algunas habitaciones son pequeñas, por lo que es aconsejable reservar alguna superior (merece la pena).Ofrecen un excelente desayuno. Personal amable.
