Extremely slow check in. Inefficient staff (with some exception).
Zero amenities in the room. No toothbrush, not even a note pad.
Wifi is rubbish. Slowest I've seen in a decade.
If you're planning to work in the room, forget it.
Strict adherence to ridiculous Covid protocols.
I've know the place for three decades. Now I:ll avoid it.

Luxury hotel right in the centre of the Nice part of Madrid just off the Gran Via and judging by the names of the shops nearby it's certainly the best area to be.

My flight got cancelled last minute and this hotel was the perfect place to stay. The pool is beautiful, the bar is so much fun, and the staff is attentive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a brief break.
