“I checked in after reserving a regular double queen room. The woman at the desk was very nonchalant. Customer service skills were poor. She greeted me as if she didn't want to be there. No energy or personality at all. She wasn't the typical greeting person. In customer service I'm use to staff greeting with a smile or at least engaging in customers. This woman wasn't a good choice for the face of this property. I have stayed here several times and never had an experience with the front desk like this. She didn't inform me the room I chose wasn't available prior to me going up. I went to my room and it was a handicapped accessible room which I definitely didn't want. I went to change it and the woman said it was probably assigned prior to her. She wasn't eager at all to correct it. I asked for a king at that time because it was going to be king or that handicapped room only if it were up to this staff member. She didn't say well I apologize for the inconveniences but this is all we have not gave me the option to switch the next night.....Nothing. I have to be desperate the next time I need a room to stay here as long as she's overnight staff”
