“Michael at the front desk made us feel so welcome and special! The room we had booked with mistakenly given away so he upgraded us to two rooms. Both rooms were immaculately clean. The hotel smelled so good, especially the long. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and helpful. The breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had, with many gluten free options. The coffee shop on the first floor - Frankie Rose Coffee - was fabulous and friendly. We will never stay anywhere else in Nashville!”

“ABSOLUTELY LOVED STAYING HERE! By far the BEST hotel experience I've ever had! Staff was all very friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything! Hotel is SUPER CLEAN! Our suite was very comfortable in size, clean, and had everything we needed for a weekend trip. Continental breakfast had many great options, with a beautiful area to dine in. The bar was chill - our bartender was Nancy and she was excellent!!
We used the valet service and it was so great! The staff was super quick about getting our car to us and very friendly!
