Ótima primeira experiência, ambiente muito agradável, bom quarto, grande, limpo e organizado. A localização é excelente, próximo do aeroporto e do centro. Mas o melhor foi o atendimento, muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Falavam até português! Valeu Zuleika!

Hotel apenas para adultos maiores de 18, focado no público LGBTs um pouco velho, o quarto com um pouco de cheiro de mofo, porém bem espaçoso, com ferro e outros utensílios. Funcionários educados, piscina excelente funciona a qualquer hora, sauna ótima (porém após as 18h funciona apenas para homens) ,bom sinal de WiFi, estacionamento gratuito.

Isso sim é um hotel!!! O Floris me surpreendeu. Nas minhas expectativas seria um hotel comum 4 estrelas, mas ao chegar ao local fiquei impressionado com a qualidade dos apartamentos e a gentileza dos seus funcionários. Há uma praia privada próxima que os hóspedes têm acesso. A localização é ótima e o hotel é lindo! Renderam boas fotos!

Hotel com bom custo benefício. Colaboradores são bastante gentis e alguns deles poderão atender brasileiros e portugueses em sua língua nativa. Não fica localizado na parte mais nobre da cidade, porém localização favorece bastante quem deseja se locomover para praias mais distantes e para o centro. Recomendo.

Resort confortável, com agradável paisagismo, piscina, academia porém só aceitam adultos! Há acesso para as praias de Moomba (entrada pelo Hilton) e Piraty Bay (ao lado).

HOTEL EXCELENTE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Escolhemos o Hotel Floris para comemorar nosso 12º aniversário de casamento, e fomos bem recepcionados. Os quartos são amplos, completos, limpos e confortáveis, os funcionários gentis, educados e sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O hotel tem uma ótima piscina e Spa incluso, além de duas praias privativas com transfer gratuito a todo momento, ou se preferir, são 5 minutos de caminhada. Recomendamos Hotel Floris e somos muitos gratos por teremcontribuídos para que nossa viagem fosse inesquecível.

Ótimo hotel, ( ótimo custo benefício) fácil acesso de carro às praias do norte e do sul. Bem perto do centro, de carro chegamos em 5 min. Ambiente agradável. Amamos o happy hour todo dia das 17h as 18h com um drink free. Acesso free à praia de Moomba beach que tb é linda!

Beautiful resort affiliated with the Dreams hotel. The staff is friendly but Zolaika's hospitality and kindness really made our stay extremely special. The rooms were excellent. They have a wonderful complimentary happy hour, excellent pool and spa facility (steam room, sauna, jacuzzi).We chose this resort since it was walking distance to a private beach. Bring your snorkeling gear as there seems to be nice fish ( I forgot my gear).Lastly, the restaurant by the beach is not to be missed especially for breakfast.

Incredibly friendly staff that was accommodating and super welcoming. The hotel is not on the beach, but does have a partnership with the Dreams resort for beach access. The rooms could definitely have been cleaned better, have more outlets, etc but for the price it can't be beat.

Really enjoyed our stay here and loved both our room and the property. After reading some of the reviews it seems like your experience may depend on what room you get. We booked one of the suites and it was absolutely fantastic. The property and pool area were great and the staff were incredibly friendly.It feels very secluded once you get in the resort and even though it's not right on the beach we enjoyed the atmosphere. There can be car theft in the parking lot but there is a security guard booth you can park near and the staff will help give you advice on what to avoid.The hotel was also amazing in helping us celebrate a special occasion. We would definitely stay here again in Curacao.

Beautiful location, great staff, and very reasonable accommodations. Only comments would be, be cool with the small things, i.e. tv remote control a bit off, hot water doesn't last to long, two plates, no dish wash soap, etc. Other then that, it's a great area. The surroundings are jungle-like, the beach across the street, they will drive you there in a golf cart in 1 block is to much for you.

Muy bonito hotel para vacacionar. La iguana es un animal practicamente venerado y puedes verlas en cantidad en la piscina sin ningún miedo a los humanos. El desayuno muy bueno, típico del caribe. El personal muy amable. La habitación que me tocó un poco incómoda . Estaba ubicada en en el segundo nivel, yel techo eramuy bajito y debía inclinarme para poder caminar. De resto bastante limpia

My stay was okay for the price we paid. The bed was really stiff not comfortable at all we spent minimal time in the room so we figured it didn’t matter. A lot of the amenities that come with the stay at the spa were closed which was disappointing. Also this seems to be a LGBTQ hotel which is totally okay we didn’t know prior to booking. They do mention “adults only” but never mention that it’s a gay hotel . So If that bothers you then you might want to reconsider. The breakfast there was expensive and not good at all save your money please. Again for the price we paid the stay was okay nothing extravagant Next time we go we won’t stay here.

Its a cozy hotel. His staff patient and helpful. Would be nice if they can provide some maintenance to the cracking floors and part of the walls where the painting is coming off. But for the price its not bad.

I went only to visit the Spa facilities, the attendant in charge was not at his place, the other employees had to go look for him. Secondly the guy gave a very short and way to fast explanation of the facilities of the spa and gave his apologies because the main showers where out of order at the spa. So far so good 😓 it appears that am the one who has to turn on the steam room and finish sauna and that the lights are turned off everywhere meaning it is dangerous on a outmost wet slippery watery floor everywhere in the sauna. I wonder who will take responsibility when someone calls and breaks something there. Furthermore it is not allowed to wear shoes or slippers inside the spa. Quite a disappointment 😔😔

El hotel es grande, pero el mantenimiento es terrible, la playa no queda frente al hotel como lo muestran las fotos, no tiene restaurante, mal servicio. Les recomiendo el hilton que es al frente y tiene todo.

Although the hotel is not in front of the beach, it offers comfortable and tasteful facilities. The rooms are spacious, well designed and with every comfort.As for the location, it is very central, with the World Trade Center next door and with connection both to downtown Punda and to Banda Abou. It is a recommended place. ________________________ Aunque el hotel no está a la orilla de la playa, ofrece instalaciones cómodas y de buen gusto. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien diseñadas y con todas las comodidades.En cuanto a la ubicación, es muy céntrica, con el World Trade Center al lado, conexión tanto hacia el centro de la ciudad (Punda) como hacia Banda Abou. Es un lugar recomendable.

The hotel was great.Rooms are clean and staff are pleasant and attentive.I do one complaint, however.The hotel is adults only, but one night around midnight, a family with kids were in the pool area.I was in the pool that night with my tiny Speedo on and now suddenly had kids staring at me.It was very awkward and uncomfortable.I'm guessing one of the hotel staff invited friends and family over.At no point should there be kids in an adults only hotel.

One of the few LGBTQ inclusive places on the island! I was glad to see that everyone was welcome here. The $20 breakfast was pretty good and the pool and walkway throughout were well kept. The front desk staff were all very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the shuttle that you could request from nearby restaurants to bring you back since I was traveling alone. My room was perfect and came with everything I needed. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Nicely located. Good spacious suites.The suite we booked was right at the lovely pool which is a really special one. A lot of tropical plants around it, a real oasis in the desert. The breakfast was exquisite. One thing is that the service/waiters are friendly, but don't expect it to be really quick. But that's probably because of the temperature ;) and why hurry when you're on holiday. We liked the walk to the other hotel across the street which is at the lovely beach.

The hotel was upscale and clean.Our room, the Imperial suite, was elegant and the bed was very comfortable.Upon check in, we were presented with a problem; the hotel didn't have the room we booked available.And, the room they decided to put is in was less expensive, andsimply not as nice.They offered to buy us dinner as a make good; however, I reminded them of the significant difference in price between the two rooms.Fortunately, "Ryan R", took control of our reservation and offered us a solution we found very comparable.Ryan continued to follow up with us throughout our stay to ensure we were taken care of, and happy.His service alone made our trip more enjoyable.The island itself was beautiful with some of the bluest waters I've seen in my life.However, the service throughout Curacao is challenged.I would say the Floris Hotel was better than most other businesses, but still lacked proper staffing (restaurant) and the understanding that the more quickly and often you wait on someone, the more money they will spend.As customers on the island, we never felt "first" in regards to - anything, really.
