“I wanted to make our first Disney trip memorable. The staff went above and beyond to make this happen. Our room was spacious, the beds and pillows were so comfortable and the breakfast buffet was one of the best we’ve ever had. All of the hotel employees were a pleasure to talk to and super helpful. Thank you for making our first Disney trip a dream!”

“Friendly advice, don't book here. The hotel itself is new so physically pretty nice for the price you pay, but the service is terrible. We've stayed here on 2 different occasions and it's the same experience. While the employees are average in regards to service, the true issue here lies with management. Firstly, they leave one person to manage the front desk at all times despite the hotel being sold out. It's insane to think you have one person dealing with everything. The worst part is the manager is sitting in the back office and staying away from all that is happening. When I brought up how it's possible for there only to be one employee working the desk without being direct they admit they are under staffed and it's causing issues. There is always a line and it puts a strain on the workers. Secondly, the cleaning staff is under staffed. They are stuck with cleaning so many rooms to themselves that they do a terrible job. I don't blame them directly but it leaves guests with sub par rooms in terms of cleanliness. They basically are only ready to check you in at 4PM on the dot since they can't turn over rooms fast enough. Don't try to check in any earlier. Lastly, some of the quality of staff is sub par. We were on the first floor which had no ice machine so every time I went to the front desk the friendly ones would get it for me in the back. There is a rude one who works the morning shift cleaning the breakfast area and he would make snarky remarks about how the ice machine is on the upper floors before seemingly feeling forced to get ice for us. He was the same guy who when uses the elevator he locks it using his employee key so that he doesn't have to wait for the elevator when he wants to use it again. I would know because I entered one he locked and it wouldn't let me chose my floor until he uncomfortably tapped his key to unlock it. These elevators are used by guests so to lock it for employee convenience was a shocker to me especially with so many families using the elevators at all times. While the hotel may come back and claim that the industry is facing a shortage of workers I just don't buy it when your hotel is next to Disneyland and selling out constantly. Pay your workers above average wage to be happy and motivated to work there and then pay people above average to get them to work in your hotel so you are not short staffed. I just think for the money you pay to stay here you will be disappointed.”
