“Fantastic experience, friendly staff from all areas of the hotel. Rooftop is cool and open until 2 am. 24 hour gym with more than enough equipment. Rooms were nice, food was good and reasonably priced. Zeynap at reception gave me a smooth check in process and helped on countless occasions when I had questions. Arda gave a quick and easy check out and helped me call a taxi. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Istanbul!”

“My friend stayed in this hotel during our most recent visit to Istanbul, and it was one of the most remarkable experiences we have had so far. I visited my friend in this hotel; during our visit, we forgot our baby girl clothes on the sidewalk near the hotel lobby where we parked our car. My friend and I reached out to the hotel staff about our lost items they were very responsive. The hotel staff was highly cooperative, especially their guest relations manager Ms. Esra is an amazing person. Ms. Esra was helpful and went above and beyond to locate our belongings and bring them back to my friend's room. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to visit Istanbul.”
