“Very professional and efficient staff. Highly respectful to the visitors...Very nice hotel, clean and organized place with the corridor nicely arranged with tables to receive food on top and leave trash at bottom after eating.see picture. Housekeeping and in room dining is 24/7.

“We stay in a corner executive suite and while the rooms are spacious and the beds very comfortable some of the small amenities were rather sparse. For example, I would expect tissues boxes at the bed sides, the work tables, the sinks, and in the living room. What were provided was 2 tissue boxes so we constantly move them around and looking for where we last placed them. Lighting at the 2 desks were non existent so to get any use of the desks at night requires turning on your phone flashlight for simple tasks such as reading the room menus, plugging in your charger ... For an Executive suite, the toilets reminds me of a public toilet with its industrial and sterile look. Having just arrived from Japan, the toilet is a severe downgrade in both looks and functionality. Room service wasn't a seemless experience. After signing for my food and sat down to eat, there was a knock on the door with a guy asking for cash payment. We're still not sure why they can't add to our room bill which was prepaid with credit card. Good thing I have enough cash to cover else it would mean a trip to the ATM to get cash which isn't something one wants to do in the middle of a meal especially if it's one's last night in Thailand. A notice at the time ordered that this is a cash transaction would go a long way preventing unpleasant surprises. On the plus side, the hotel massage is nice and has good service and pricing so one doesn’t really to go outside”
