“Acabei de ficar 7 dias no The St Regis Hotel e a equipe cuidou muito de mim. Não é fácil não conseguir sair do quarto mas o serviço foi muito atencioso e a equipa muito prestável.O quarto era muito confortável e a qualidade da comida excelente.Muito obrigado! Continue com o bom trabalho.”

“Room was spacious, big, clean, and comfortable. However, their butler service was a huge disappointment. Requested for hot chocolate at 5.45pm, reminded them at 6.15pm, and another reminder at 6.45pm. Final reminder at 7.45 before we went for dinner. Zero updates, all they could do is to say 'I'm sorry, they are on the way' since 6.15pm. Lack of empathy and communication.Would only recommend if you don't care much about service.”
