Ayer organizamos un evento de trabajo y alojamos a nuestro cliente en el hotel y la experiencia fue excelente! Las instalaciones para la reunión, el catering y el trato por parte del personal fueron exquisitos. Se adaptaron a nuestras necesidades, siendo muy flexibles con peticiones de última hora. El feedback del cliente respecto a la habitación y desayuno, también fenomenal.

I spent two nights at this hotel in May 2022. I checked in around 10:30am and my room was ready which was great. My room was supposed to be a superior king room, though I got two separate beds instead of one, and I was disappointed about that. The elevators are very slow and I sometimes waited between 5 and 10 minutes for the elevator to stop at my floor. The breakfast is OK for the price (22 euros). I was surprised because I got some food delivered to my room at 10pm and I made a call to the reception to get a fork and a knife. I was charged 4 euros for that, whereas a lot of hotels do that for free. I was really not happy about it as they do not display the fees for room service anywhere.

De lo mejorcito que hay en Madrid! Una auténtica joya escondida en el que es para mi el auténtico centro de Madrid. Una decoración exquisita, la recepción es impresionante, las habitaciones muy cómodas con un sinfín de detalles y con tonos muy agradables.Macarena se encargó que nuestra estancia fuese perfecta. Fue muy proactiva e hizo que nuestra estancia superase nuestras expectativas!Del equipo de recepción no hay queja possible. Siempre nos atendieron con extrema amabilidad y eso que se veía quel nivel de trabajo era muy alto. Mención especial a Nacho, Nuria y Yolanda que pese a la mascarilla se notaba que la sonrisa iba de oreja a oreja.Sin olvidar mencionar el maravilloso desayuno en el que no falta un detalle. Mil leches, zumos de todos los colores, embutidos de calidad y bollería de calidad . Pese al la alta afluencia Tiago, Mayte, Alberto, Pepe y los demás del equipo del desayuno venían a preguntar si necesitamos algo más, cuando en otros hoteles se limitan solo a reponer la comida sin preocuparse en el cliente.Sin olvidar al botones Javi que está atento a todo en la zona de recepción y siempre esta dispuesto a ayudar.Un gran equipo para un gran hotel. Repetiré sin duda alguna

Si bien el hotel es 4 estrellas std, realmente la diferencia la hacen sus empleados! Desde el botones, recepción, y los mozos del desayuno , todos super amables y con un trato super cordial hacia los huéspedes. Ademas , se encuentra ubicado en el barrio de Salamanca, uno de los mas lindos de Madrid

Un 10 para todo el personal del Hotel! La localización es genial pero lo que hace realmente único este Hotel es el staff. La limpieza cada día de la habitación es estupenda y el desayuno uno de los mejores que he probado. Laura me ayudó mucho durante mi estancia con recomendaciones y siempre fué muy atenta.

Fin de semana increíble, el hotel no puede estar mejor ubicado, justo al lado de la plaza Colón, con multitud de buenos restaurantes y tiendas. El personal del hotel muy amable y servicial, las habitaciones totalmente equipadas y limpias. El desayuno variado y quiero destacar que todo estaba muy limpio con mucha higiene. La próxima vez que hagamos visita a Madrid volveremos seguro.

La habitación muy confortable. El personal amable. Las actividades que pretendíamos realizar muy próximas al hotel. Así que todo estupendo. Lo único que desentonó fue el precio de las bebidas de la noche. Un Gintonic por 18,80€ me parece excesivo, francamente.

Hotel estratégicamente situado en la Plaza de Colon, ideal para visitar Madrid e ir de compras por el Barrio de Salamanca y disfrutar también de sus excelentes restaurantes. Habitaciones confortables y limpias, personal siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Nos cambiaron a una habitación mejor cuando nos quejamos de que la que nos habían dado tenía una cama de solo 1,50 m. El garaje es muy pequeño, de unas 25 plazas solo por lo que no es seguro tener sitio.

Hotel is nice, staff at the reception and cleaning staff is very good, friendly and helpful, that's 5 stars. But service ahead of arrival was not existing. I asked after the best option to park my car, never got an answer. And worse, I booked the hotel because of the pool, but the pool were closed, due to wired reasons without being informed ahead of arrival as long you can cancel it. That's 1 star. Makes 3 all together.

MUY BUEN SERVICIO, en todas las Secciones del Hotel.Muy atentos a lo que necesitas. Desde recepción cuando te reciben, dirección, limpiadoras (todo limpio y ordenado) y por supuesto los camareros que te atienden constantemente adaptándose al COVID. La comida que te sirven muy buena y bien preparada. El encargado personal comedor atento a cualquier situación imprevista de los clientes, para dar una solución rápida y eficaz. Con los tiempos que estamos pasando, el personal siempre con una sonrisa. Muy CONTENTO y por supuesto muy recomendable. UBICACIÓN inmejorable. Gracias por todo.

I would thoroughly recommend the NH collection hotel colon for the level of quality for a reasonable price but also the location. There is so much more to madrid than just the centre. The nh collection colon gives you an escape in one of the most expensive areas in madrid. The rooms are clean and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. There is a good pool with loungers and bar on the roof top so after a morning doing a bit of walking and site seeing them a bit of chilling out in the hot sun is a must. Cant complaint about anything with this hotel. Very pleasant.

We went to Madrid and chose NH Collection Colon. Excellent location. Superb service by a terrific team. Nuria, Macarena, Ana, Javier and several others whose name I can’t recall treated us like royalty and family. Breakfast was tasty and prompt. Rooms were very clean. I highly recommend NH Collection Colon.

Super clean room and the size of it was great. Comfortable bed and pillows. Linens were very clean as well. Nice shower. Coffee maker was convenient. Check in and check out were pretty fast. Decent nightly rate for the location and the cleanliness of the hotel. Overall, a good option for a chain-hotel to stay in Madrid.
