From the start they got our reservation (type of room) wrong. Curtains in the bedroom window had tears along with the shower curtain. The shower had not been cleaned properly. The refrigerator wasn't cooling enough and was very loud. There weren't any dishes in the suite for us to cook and eat any meals. Overall, pretty disappointed. Don't think I'll be staying here again.

Había chinches. Afortunadamente, mi esposa vio un insecto vivo antes de que termináramos de desempacar. La persona de mantenimiento confirmó que era una chinche (al igual que las fotos de Internet) y reconoció que el hotel tenía un problema. ¡Nunca volver allí!

There were bed bugs. Thankfully, my wife spotted a live bug before we finished unpacking. The maintenance person confirmed it was a bed bug (so did the internet photos) and acknowledged the hotel had an issue. Never going back there!

É um lindo hotel em uma localização muito agradável. O café da manhã é bom e os quartos são espaçosos. No entanto, o nosso quarto não tinha pratos limpos e não havia lençóis para a cama desdobrável.

As pessoas que trabalhavam lá eram ótimas, mas a suíte em si era um pouco questionável para uma marca Hilton. A banheira vazava constantemente e a tampa da pia inundava devido a um vazamento nas luminárias. Não por causa das pessoas que podem ficar, mas o preço deve justificar a atenção é tudo. Ficamos apenas uma noite, mas quando voltamos para Lafayette, gostaria de ficar novamente, mas estou apreensivo. Você pode querer estender o café da manhã até as 10h também, 9h é um pouco apertado. Mas, novamente, você foi excepcional.

It's a beautiful hotel in a very nice location. The breakfast is nice and the rooms are spacious. However our room did not have clean dishes, and there were not any sheets for the pullout bed.

The people working there were great but the suite itself was a little questionable for a Hilton brand. The tub leaked constantly and the sink top flooded from a leak in the fixtures. The maintenance was inadequate for this type of accommodation, I can only attribute it to manpower shortages but who knows. You'd think the few high dollar rooms would be maintained. Not because of the people that may stay but the price should warrant attention is all. We only stayed the night but when we came back to Lafayette, I'd like to stay again but am apprehensive. You might want to extend breakfast to 10am also, 9am is a a little tight. But again your was exceptional.

This hotel is absolutely amazing and beautifully decorated. The rooms are large and spacious and offer a full kitchenette. They are pet friendly which is very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful also. I would stay here again without considering anywhere else in town.

O chuveiro era grande, feito em azulejo, tinha assento fixo e uma grande porta de vidro. Tudo nele era bom, mas as tomadas ao lado da cama deixavam muito a desejar. O que está na base da lâmpada foi posicionado de forma que a maioria dos carregadores não cabem nele. No geral foi uma experiência maravilhosa.

This hotel was wonderful. It's big and had plenty of parking available. It's very clean. The staff was very respectful and helpful. The seating area where breakfast was available in the mornings was fancy looking and spacious. Breakfast was pretty good for being free in a hotel. My room was huge with plenty of amenities: small stove top, microwave, sink, fridge, toaster, plenty of cabinet space, several trash cans, several tables, desks, chairs two huge windows, a ceiling fan, a nice bathroom with a separate shower and toilet room from the rest, a big closet with ironing board, etc. of course. The shower was large, done in tile, had a fixed seat and a large glass door. Everything about it was nice, but the outlets by the bed left a lot to be desired. The one at the base of the lamp was positioned such that most chargers will not fit in it. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

El hotel es bien lindo. Solo pase durmiendo ahí mientra trabaje en lafayette, pero me encanto mi tiempo ahí. Esta muy cerca al aeropuerto, las camas son cien comidas y limpias, los quarts traen 2 televisiónes, y tiene una pizzicato linda y además una cancha para fugar basketball. El gimnasio es uno de los mejores de cualquier hotel a que yo e ido.
