Há algumas semanas fiquei com meu parceiro por 3 dias e saí do Hotel encantado. Desde a nossa chegada a Raquel nos recebeu com muita gentileza e sempre com um sorriso... Juan Carlos também nos deu conselhos muito bons e à noite David também nos tratou muito gentilmente... Então dizer que o tratamento da equipe da recepção foi excelente! Então os cafés da manhã são super completos para o preço que eles têm (muito acessível) ... Fiquei surpreso que os garçons, tanto Eva quanto Carlos, estavam sempre atentos para que nada falte no buffet ... e o tratamento de Eva para nós foi requintado sempre 👍 Em seguida, o quarto era muito espaçoso e muito bem decorado e com tudo o que você precisa ... a cama muito confortável, por sinal! Então, em termos gerais, dizer que é claro que vou repetir assim que voltar a Madrid!! Eu definitivamente recomendo!! Mando meus cumprimentos a todos vocês que fazem parte da equipe do NH Leganés Hotel 👌😉

Hace un par de semanas me alojé con mi pareja por 3 días y he salido encantado del Hotel. Ya desde nuestra llegada nos recibió Raquel con mucha amabilidad y siempre con una sonrisa.... también nos dió muy buenos consejos Juan Carlos y por la noche David también nos atendió muy amablemente...Por lo que decir que el trato por parte del equipo de recepción fué excelente! Luego los desayunos son súper completos por el precio que tienen (muy asequible)... Me sorprendió que los camareros tanto Eva cómo Carlos estuvieron siempre atentos de que no faltara de nada en el buffet...y el trato de Eva hacia nosotros fué exquisito en todo momento 👍 Luego la habitación era muy espaciosa y muy con una decoración agradable y con todo lo necesario....la cama muy cómoda, por cierto!! Así que en líneas generales decir que por supuesto que volveré a repetir en cuanto vuelva por Madrid!! Lo recomiendo sin duda!! Os mando un saludo a todos los que formáis parte del equipo del Hotel NH Leganés 👌😉

Hotel de la factoria NH, en las afueras de Leganés, en un polígono industrial, próximo al Parque comercial ParqueSur. Al igual que otros hoteles de la misma cadena, le haría falta una reforma, de apariencia antiguo, habitación fría, grande, pero poco confortable, cuarto de baño arcaico, tirando a Vintage, entre otros muebles y accesorios del mismo. Desayuno muy correcto y completo. Personal muy atento en todo momento.

Placed in the middle of nowhere, there is no bus or metro to commute. Convenient if you have a car since there is a large parking lot and for groups of tourists. The rooms are a little dated but clean and very quiet. Standard breakfast buffet is average.

A good hotel not very great, mostly self service and less of pure vegetarian food availability whereas non vegetarians and vegetarians can give themselves a very good treat.Little to no people working there know how to speak in english so it can be a barrier to some extent but they do try their best to understand and help their guests in every way.
