Llevamos años viniendo al Franz K. Por lo general, en primavera, esta vez pudimos experimentar el otoño y un poco de invierno en Telluride. El servicio y la atención al detalle en el Fairmont es insuperable. Desde la planificación previa al viaje hasta el registro para asegurarse de que todo sea excelente, el personal del Fairmont lleva una década viniendo aquí de manera excepcional.

A equipe foi super vigilante em se certificar de que você estava usando a máscara (o que foi ótimo), mas eles não tiveram nenhum problema em empilhar três famílias não relacionadas em um ônibus lotado para o aeroporto. Lembre-se de que você não pode ter mais de uma família em uma gôndola, mas três famílias em um ônibus para um passeio de 2 horas é “seguro para COVID”.

Diseño agradable, pero terriblemente confuso. El registro se realiza en el estacionamiento, algunos ascensores no llegan a todos los pisos y estábamos en el lado oeste en verano, por lo que la habitación hacía bastante calor. El personal es amable y servicial.

Can't beat the staff or location. Incredibly thoughtful service and amenities.

No geral, foi uma estadia decente. Upside é a equipe e localização. Desvantagem foi o calor do quarto (sem A / C) ea varanda decepcionante. A equipe, como referido noutro local, é incrível. Muito simpática, profissional e prestativa. Tivemos dificuldade em obter o spa para nos contactar sobre a criação de alguns compromissos, mas que poderia ter sido um one-off. Quarto / residência foi enorme (tivemos três quartos) ea cozinha funcionou bem para as nossas necessidades. A área de estar é um pouco datada, mas é melhor do que as fotos mostram. Grande desvantagem foi o calor nos quartos. Eles não têm ar condicionado (Madeline faz e vamos voltar lá para o nosso verão anual Telluride viagens, muito provavelmente) e os nossos quartos tem acima de 80 graus todas as tardes e não arrefecer até a meia-noite ou mais. Como tínhamos um bebê jovem conosco, isso era uma preocupação. A equipe fez tudo o que pôde para ajudar, incluindo trazer um cooler swamp gigante não é brincar e vários fãs. Nada diz Fairmont experiência como um refrigerador de pântano gigante, alto na sala de estar e ventiladores de plástico girando baratos! ;-) O cooler do pântano funcionou bem, mas exigiu o enchimento com água a cada 6-8 horas ou mais. E eu mencionei que era alto? O outro grande negativo sobre o quarto foi a pequena varanda com vista para um pequeno recanto do exterior do hotel. Nós apreciamos café da manhã e à noite bevvies na varanda, mas isso não foi possível aqui. Eu entendo quartos diferentes têm diferentes pontos de vista, mas quando você reservar, você deve ter a opção de escolher qual "tipo de vista / quarto" você quer, como você faz na maioria dos outros hotéis que oferecem vista / non-view quartos. Teríamos pago mais por um. Como o hotel foi bastante bem reservado, o nosso pedido para mudar quartos não foi capaz de ser acomodados. Bottom line, o Fairmont é um local agradável com uma excelente localização na aldeia. Podemos voltar no futuro, se pudermos de alguma forma descobrir como conseguir uma varanda decente. Só não no verão. Nós vamos voltar para o Madeline.

Llevamos años yendo al Franz Klammer. El personal se siente como en familia, es inmejorable para esquiar en la ubicación para esquiar, y es un lugar para rejuvenecer para nuestra familia. Siempre tienen fruta fresca, tés y les encantan las saunas de eucalipto y los baños de vapor :). También tienen muchos juegos para niños, cañas de pescar, etc. Las vistas de la habitación pueden ser impredecibles, por lo que le di 4 estrellas.

We have been coming to the Franz K. for years. Usually in the spring, this time we got to experience fall and a bit of early winter in Telluride. The service and attention to detail at the Fairmont is second to none. From pre trip planning to checking in to make sure everything is excellent, the staff at the Fairmont has for a decade that we have been coming here exceptional.

Há anos que frequentamos o Franz Klammer. A equipe se sente como uma família, é imbatível no local para esquiar e é um lugar para rejuvenescer para nossa família. Eles sempre têm frutas frescas, chás e amam as saunas seca e a vapor de eucalipto :). Eles também têm tantos jogos para crianças, varas de pesca, etc. As vistas dos quartos podem ser um sucesso ou um fracasso, e é por isso que dei 4 estrelas.

Nice, but terribly confusing layout. Checkin is in the parking garage, some elevators don’t go to all floors and we were on the west side in the summer so pretty warm in the room. Staff is friendly and helpful.

They always have fresh fruit, teas, and love the eucalyptus saunas and steam rooms :). They also have so many kid friendly games, fishing poles, etc. The room views can be hit or miss which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Ola senhor Arledge Ficamos felizes em saber que você se sentiu seguro no Lodge devido às nossas práticas COVID e que podemos fornecer um local seguro para as pessoas visitarem. No momento, estamos usando um fornecedor terceirizado nesta temporada para acomodar nossos ônibus do aeroporto. Todas as empresas de transporte também são obrigadas a seguir certos protocolos COVID e ficaremos felizes em entrar em contato com elas em relação às suas preocupações.

The staff was super vigilant on making sure you had your mask on (which was a great thing) But they had no problem stacking three unrelatedfamilies in a packed shuttle to the airport.Keep in mind you can’t have more than one family in a gondola but three families in a shuttle for a 2 hour ride is “COVID safe”.

Love this place, moments away from the slopes and shops, pay up and live at the center of gondola town. Don't forget to grab a brew at the Irish pub!

We love staying here! Location is amazing, staff is friendly and helpful, and accommodations are very nice. Our son loves the pool and game room. We are super excited to be returning in a few weeks and will keep coming back!

Overall, it was a decent stay.Upside is the staff and location.Downside was the heat of the room (no A/C) and the disappointing balcony. The staff, as noted elsewhere, is amazing.Very friendly, professional, and helpful.We had a hard time getting the spa to contact us about setting up a few appointments, but that could have been a one-off.Room/residence was massive (we had a three bedroom) and the kitchen worked great for our needs.Living area is a little dated but it's nicer than the photos show.Big downside was the heat in the rooms.They have no air conditioning (Madeline does and we'll go back there for our annual summer Telluride trips, most likely) and our rooms got above 80 degrees every afternoon and didn't cool down until midnight or so.As we had a young baby with us, this was a concern.The staff did all they could to assist, including bringing in a no kidding giant swamp cooler and multiple fans.Nothing says Fairmont experience like a giant, loud swamp cooler in the living room and cheap rotating plastic fans! ;-)The swamp cooler worked okay but required filling with water every 6-8 hours or so.And did I mention it was loud?The other big negative about the room was the tiny balcony with a view of a little nook of the exterior of the hotel.We enjoy morning coffee and evening bevvies on the balcony but that wasn't possible here.I understand different rooms have different views, but when you book, you should have the option of picking which "kind of view/room" you want, like you do at most other hotels that offer view/non-view rooms.We would have paid extra for one.As the hotel was fairly well booked up, our request to switch rooms was not able to be accommodated.Bottom line, the Fairmont is a nice place with a great location in the village.We might go back in the future if we can somehow figure out how to get a decent balcony.Just not in the summer.We'll go back to the Madeline.
