Ela não estava disposta a responder a nenhuma das minhas perguntas e apenas disse para vir diretamente se eu tivesse alguma preocupação. Quando pedi para falar com seu gerente, ela disse: "Sou o único com quem você pode falar e não há ninguém acima de mim"Que tipo de equipe acha que está acima das necessidades dos clientes? O pior serviço. Esta não é uma hospitalidade 5 estrelas.”
