“We checked in on Hilton app the night before we came in, we booked and reserved two rooms next to each other. However, after we came the next day, the front desk told us that the hotel has cancelled our original room selections and gave us two rooms in different floors because we came late??? Then why do they encourage us to use Hilton app to make room selections if they can cancel them whenever they want?? What's the point of checking in in advance using the app??? Also, the digital key keeps showing "Requested" rather than delivered after the check in process has been completed long after. This is my first time experiencing this and it ruined my mood!! This hotel sucks and I will never ever stay here!!!”
