Eles prometeram estadias gratuitas no resort Karisma e US $ 200 / semana em hotéis e resorts populares em todo o mundo. The Exotic club is a fraudulent waste of money. After 2 sales meetings totaling 3 hours we bought into the club in Dec 2019. They promised free Karisma resort stays and $200/week at popular hotels and resorts around the world. They said the words "free" multiple times when we asked skeptical questions. They showed a demonstration of reserving $200/week resorts in Miami. The truth is that your thousands of dollars buys a tiny discount at Karisma resorts and there are no $200/week resorts in popular locations like Miami or the Keys. Their sales pitch was outright deception. Don't waste your money on the club membership - it would require years for the tiny discounts to pay you back.

Não compareça. Má comunicação e falta de assistência da equipe. Poucas ou nenhuma atividade que fossem acessíveis aos nossos filhos. Não da maneira que pretendíamos para as nossas férias de Natal. Pedimos ajuda de Rodolpho e Veronica e nenhum atendeu. Quando entramos no resort, ninguém avisou que era necessário fazer reserva para entrar na zona infantil. Só que era tarde demais que fomos notificados e meus filhos não puderam desfrutar da área de entretenimento. A sala estava atropelada e o pessoal era inconsistente. Eu nunca mais irei a este lugar. Tenho certeza que, assim como Rodolpho se escondeu em seu escritório e nunca ofereceu ajuda, tenho certeza que esta revisão será interpretada da mesma forma. Se você quiser ler este comentário, evite este resort. Tenho vídeos e fotos para apoiar o que estou dizendo. A comida era sem brilho e as bebidas eram horríveis. Eu nem me importava com isso, nos preocupávamos com os meus filhos se divertindo e isso não acontecia. Gostaríamos de aparecer em locais para entretenimento como o aplicativo mostrou e não havia nenhuma equipe lá e nenhuma atividade, evite este resort.

Na quinta-feira, 23 de dezembro de 2021, eu estava no bar de natação mais próximo do meu quarto. Aproximadamente entre 14h30 e 15h00, meu telefone foi roubado do bar por um funcionário. Ao trazer isso à atenção dos recepcionistas (não documentaram seus nomes) naquela noite, me disseram para voltar pela manhã. Na manhã seguinte, no dia da minha partida (24/12), me deparei com uma tripulação totalmente nova. Os novos recepcionistas (Rafael e Ingrid) me garantiram que fariam tudo ao seu alcance para me ajudar antes que eu saísse às 14h30. Em Aqui estão minhas preocupações: 1. Falei com os dois membros da equipe de segurança (um homem e Veronica Cuahuico), mostrei a eles a localização exata e a hora em que meu telefone foi roubado via Find My iPhone. Eles não fizeram nada. Então, pedi para ver as imagens da câmera do bar no momento em que o incidente ocorreu. Eles me disseram que as câmeras do bar estavam funcionando, mas era contra a política me mostrar. Quando pedi para ver a apólice, Veronica me trouxe uma versão em espanhol, e EM NENHUM LUGAR na apólice dizia que eu podia ver as imagens de segurança... o que significa que a equipe de segurança foi desonesta com um cliente sobre uma investigação de roubo. Em No geral, isso parece sombrio e foi uma experiência horrível. Meu telefone foi roubado. A falta de cooperação com um cliente. A adulteração dos meus telefonemas para a polícia. Meu dispositivo apareceu em um novo local.

Do not attend. Poor communication and lack of assistance from the staff. Little to no activities that were accessible to our children. Not the way we intended for our Christmas vacation. We asked for assistance from both Rodolpho and Veronica and neither assisted. When we checked into the resort no one every advised there were reservations required to enter the kiddie zone. It wasn’t until it was too late that we were notified and my kids couldn’t enjoy the entertainment area. The room were ran down and the staff was inconsistent. I will never attend this place again. I’m sure just like Rodolpho hid in his office and never offer assistance, I’m sure this review will be taken the same way. If you care to read this review, please avoid this resort. I have videos and pictures to support what I am saying. The food was lackluster and the drinks were awful. I didn’t even care about that, we cared about my Children having a good time and that didn’t happen. We would show up to locations for entertainment like the app showed and there no was no staff there and no activities, avoid this resort.

On Thursday, December 23, 2021, I was at the swim bar closest to my room. Approximately between 2:30 PM and 3:00 PM, my phone was stolen from the bar by a staff member. When bringing this to the receptionists' (did not document their names) attention that evening, I was told to come back in the morning. The next morning, the day of my departure (12/24), I was faced with an entirely new crew. The new receptionists (Rafael and Ingrid) assured me that they would do everything in their power to help me before I left at 2:30 PM. Here are my concerns: 1. I spoke with both members of the security team (a male and Veronica Cuahuico), I showed them the exact location and time my phone was taken via Find My iPhone. They did nothing. So, I asked to see the bar camera footage at the time the incident occurred. They told me the cameras at the bar were working, but it was against policy to show me. When I asked to see the policy, Veronica brought me a Spanish version, and NOWHERE in the policy did it say I could see the security footage... which means the security team was dishonest with a customer about a theft investigation. Unacceptable. 2. I asked to call the police to file a formal report, the staff became reluctant to assist and the phone operator would not connect me to the police when I tried to call myself. I had to leave the country without my phone. 3. Upon my arrival home, my laptop notified me that my iPhone was turned on at 10:00 PM at a completely different location (see attachment). Overall, this feels shady and was an awful experience. My phone was stolen. The lack of cooperation with a customer. Tampering with my phone calls to the police. My device appeared in a new location.

Este resort era lindo quando visitamos pela última vez há sete anos, mas em 2021 as instalações parecem “cansadas”; o envelhecimento e a manutenção adiada têm cobrado um preço óbvio (por exemplo, pintura descascada, estuque quebrado, água escorrendo pelos tetos do restaurante durante a chuva). 15-20 pés de praia foram arrastados, e a grande lanchonete à beira-mar está abandonada e dilapidada. This resort was gorgeous when we last visited seven years ago, but in 2021 the facilities look “tired”; aging and deferred maintenance have taken an obvious toll (e.g., peeling paint, broken stucco, water pouring thru restaurant ceilings during rain).15-20 feet of beach has been washed away, and the great little waterfront snack bar is abandoned and dilapidated.The resort is significantly understaffed and is clearly still struggling with post-COVID revenue losses.The buffet (Spoons) was the only real breakfast or lunch option, and there was little variety in the offerings from one day to the next.Too few wait staff to provide the excellent drink/table service we’d had in the past, and COVID safety measures had been largely abandoned.Gourmet dining remained a bright spot of our stay, but again, most restaurants were understaffed though both kitchen and service staff were working hard to provide a quality experience.It appears Karisma is focusing its resources on the newer signature partnership properties like Nickelodeon and Margaritaville.Issues at this property should raise serious concerns among current and prospective buyers of gem memberships.

UM DOS Piores LUGARES QUE JÁ FUI ********** NÃO FIQUE LÁ ************ ... Este hotel era sujo, eles não tratavam das algas marinhas problema e nossa família ficou muito doente. Nós tínhamos usado as férias do Jetblue, com as quais ainda estamos lutando, para conseguir nosso dinheiro de volta. O hotel sabia que havia problemas com as algas e recusou-se a fazer qualquer coisa a respeito, éramos apenas 1 família em 20 e as pessoas estavam saindo e nos dizendo para não ficarmos lá por causa de quão doentes estavam. A comida não chegava perto de gourmet, era tudo refeições pré-preparadas congeladas. A bebida nos bares parecia velha e não foi guardada depois. Eu nunca vou ficar neste resort ou em qualquer resort sob este proprietário.

Os funcionários não são úteis, a praia é muito estreita e estava cheia de pilhas de algas podres e inutilizáveis e, como resultado, assim que você sair da sala se cheirar lama como se você estivesse na lata de lixo! Nós nunca usamos a praia e raramente usamos o exterior devido ao odor! Ficamos presos em nosso quarto e continuamos pedindo serviço de quarto que é hambúrguer, wrap de frango e batatas fritas, melhor ficar em casa e pedir aqueles de bons restaurantes! A comida era boa, mas a pizza deles era como borracha! Se você por qualquer motivo razoável (como um pedido de teste ambicioso) e precisar cancelar uma atividade que você paga $ 100s, eles não irão reembolsá-lo e se reclamarem na recepção do hotel, eles passam você um para o outro e seu supervisor até que você dê pra cima! A chave do quarto parou de funcionar, fui à recepção várias vezes, disseram que estava consertada, mas não, acabou dando dinheiro para a equipe de limpeza ou serviço de quarto abrir a porta para nós. Os quartos são limpos e agradáveis, as aduelas de serviço foram prestativos e educados. Geralmente, se você faz planos para Cancún e não quer se sentir mal por sua família e pelo seu dinheiro gasto, evite este lugar!

ONE OF THE WORST PLACES I HAVE EVER STAYED**********DO NOT STAY THERE************...This hotel was dirty, they didn't address the seaweed issue and our family got so sick.We had used Jetblue vacations which we are still fighting with to get our money back. The hotel knew there was issues with the seaweed and refused to do anything about it, we were only about 1 family out of 20 and people were all leaving and telling us to not stay there because of how sick they were.The food was no where close to gourmet, it was all frozen pre-made meals.The liquor at the bars looked old and not kept after. I will never stay at this resort or any resort under this property owner.

The staff are not helpful, the beach is very narrow and was full with piles of rotten seaweeds and unusable and as a result as soon as you come out of the room if smells sludge like you're in the trash can! We never used the beach and rarely used the outdoor due to odor! We stuck in our room and kept ordering room service which is hamburger, chicken wrap and Fries, better to stay home and order those from good restaurants! Food was okay, but their pizza was like rubber! If you for any reasonable cause (like covid test appt) and need to cancel an activity that you paids $100s they won't refund you and if complain to the hotel front desk, they pass you to each other and their supervisor until you give up!Room key stopped working, went to front desk several time they said it's fixed but not, ended up giving money to cleaning or room service staff to open the door for us. Rooms are clean and nice, service staves were helpful and polite. Generally, if you make a plan to Cancun and don't want to feel bad for your family and your money spend, avoid this place!

Saindo de uma segunda revisão porque não consigo atualizar a primeira. Mais uma vez, NÃO FIQUE NESTE HOTEL! Depois de responder à minha primeira avaliação com uma resposta genérica para contatá-los por e-mail, ainda não recebi uma resposta de uma estadia ocorrida em 19 de julho. Eu nem fiquei 24 horas. Sem água quente e um cheiro tão forte que dá dor de cabeça, tive que terminar minhas “férias” aqui com a Azul e reservar outro hotel. Pediram-me para preencher um documento para “ajudar” com o processo de reembolso, e com 3 semanas de atraso ainda sem comunicação. Você liga, eles desligam. Quando você finalmente consegue alguém ao telefone que vai ouvir e tentar ajudar, isso se transforma em um e-mail que nunca chega. Ainda estou sendo cobrado por uma estadia de 4 noites quando não completei 24 horas completas aqui neste resort. Não se deixe enganar pelo preço e pelas críticas altas! Olhe as datas, talvez 3 anos atrás esse era um bom lugar, mas não agora! Não faça isso!

Leaving a second review because I can’t update the first one. Again DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! After answering my first review with a generic response to contact them via email, I have yet to receive a response from a stay that occurred on July 19th. I didn’t even stay 24 hours. With no hot water, and a smell that is so strong is causes headaches, I had to end my “vacation” here with Azul and book another hotel. I was asked to fill out a document to “assist” with the refund process, and 3 weeks late still no communication. You call, they hang up. When you finally get someone on the phone who will listen and try and help it turns into an email that never arrives. Still being charged for a 4 night stay when I didn’t even complete a full 24 hours here at this resort. Don’t be fooled by the price and high reviews! Look at the dates, maybe 3 years ago this was a good place, but not now! Don’t do it!

Em primeiro lugar, gostaria de agradecer a todos os funcionários do Azul Beach Resort, obrigado a todos pela excelente experiência. Minha família e eu nos divertimos muito durante a nossa estadia. A comida é excelente, especialmente no Latina, meu filho e minha esposa adoram tanto que fomos lá por 3 dias seguidos.O kids club é muito bom, é muito limpo e organizado, todos os brinquedos, jogos, mesas, cadeiras, etc são bem mantidos pelas 2 senhoras. Eles são muito pacientes e educados com as crianças.Nosso quarto aquático é muito limpo e bem organizado. A única desvantagem é que a tela do chuveiro está desatualizada e a alça do chuveiro precisa ser substituída, uma vez que escorregou algumas vezes.Adoro a cabana e a área da praia, uma pena que fomos durante a infestação de algas. Estava começando a clarear no dia em que partimos.Todas as áreas das piscinas são boas e limpas. Eu sempre vejo as equipes tentando limpar qualquer entulho flutuando ou debaixo d'água.Uma coisa que tenho a dizer, inicialmente pensei que como este é um resort familiar, algum tipo de flutuadores serão fornecidos, mas não há, temos que trazer os nossos. Eu gostaria de ser informado de antemão. No site não havia menção a respeito e a equipe não me disse nada quando lhes enviei um e-mail para confirmar nossa chegada.Fora isso, é realmente um ótimo resort para famílias com crianças pequenas.

Over all very relaxing and great food. Very clean and the rooms were great! BUT the beach was covered in FEET of seaweed the water was black and smelled rancid like a Porta potty in the sun. In 6 days not one person ever offered to bring us a drink no waitstaff at the pools any where. The buffet was OK at best and Le Chic the "#1 restaurant in Mexico" was closed. Two of the major factors in choosing this resort was LeChic and the seaweed barriers they had protecting their private beach. As far as the other restaurants the food was amazing the 3 nights we made it to our reservation. We couldn't go to the restaurants when we wanted we had a dining schedule that was absolutely not flexible when we arrived with dinner times ranging from 6pm to 830pm. Room service was pretty good there's only about 5 choices a sandwich a burrito a burger some pasta and some vegan dish. As far as location, you are in the middle of the jungle and a taxi ride is 48.00 usd each way to cancun and 28.00 each way to puerto morales and back. We had a wonderful time but we learned a lot on this trip and I can't recommend anyone stay at this resort.

Decepcionado. Estamos aqui agora para um casamento. Há um problema ENORME com algas marinhas sargassum ao longo da costa da Maya Riveria. Muitos resorts estão fechados devido a este problema. O Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya, da Karisma DEVE estar fechado; a praia é nojenta. A alga marinha em decomposição CHEIRA EM TODOS OS LUGARES. Pessoal é amigável. A comida é boa. Mas, você não pode caminhar ou descansar na praia. O odor é insuportável 24 horas por dia, 7 dias por semana. As algas têm literalmente 50 m de profundidade ao longo de toda a praia deste hotel. Zero pessoas podem nadar ou curtir a praia. Eu vou / não ficaria aqui (novamente).

Disappointed. We are here now for a wedding. There is a HUGE sargassum seaweed problem all along this Maya Riveria coast. Many resorts are closed due to this problem. The Azul Beach Resort Riviera Maya, by KarismaSHOULD be closed; the beachis disgusting. The decaying seaweed SMELLS EVERYWHERE.Staff is friendly. Food is ok. But, you can not walk our lay on the beach.The odor is overbearing 24/7. The seaweed is literally 50 yds deep along the entire beach of this hotel. Zero people can swim or enjoy the beach.I will/would not stay here (again).

Lugar terrível. Serviço entre os piores que já experimentei. Já estivemos em muitos resorts Karisma - este é horrível. O lugar fede com as algas podres empilhadas a quase 60 centímetros de altura no que deveria ser a praia - o que não é necessariamente culpa deles, embora eles não estejam fazendo nenhuma tentativa de limpá-la. Apenas comida de buffet medíocre disponível - não a comida gourmet que o site promete. O restaurante Flagship Le Chique, que aparece com destaque no site, está fechado, está há mais de um ano sem planos de abrir.

Terrible place. Service amongst the worst I’ve experienced. We’ve been to many Karisma resorts - this one is horrible. The place stinks from the rotting seaweed piled almost 2 ft high on what should be the beach - which is not necessarily their fault although they aren’t making any attempts to clear it. Only mediocre buffet food available - not the gourmet food the website promises. The Flagship Le Chique restaurant which feature prominently on the website is closed, has been for over a year with no plans to open.

Em primeiro lugar, foi lindo ... o terreno, as piscinas ... mas é aí que para.depois de falar com os responsáveis, descobrimos que eles têm muito poucos funcionários ... e não têm lugares suficientes para comer o resort para aqueles que reservaram ... eles apenas nos disseram para pedir serviço de quarto ... bem, isso é interessante porque o serviço de quarto nunca vem ... Eu tinha a recepção, bem como nosso concierge solicitando para nós informando que não obter serviço no dia anterior ... e nada ... apenas não ajuda o suficiente. A comida que tínhamos não era ótima. Não tínhamos água quente em nossos quartos o tempo todo para os chuveiros. Choveu enquanto estávamos lá, então queríamos assistir a um filme ... sem cabo funcionou para os outros, mas não o nosso quarto. A chave do nosso quarto era outra situação ... não funcionava na metade do tempo ... Parecia que passávamos mais tempo esperando os caras da manutenção para recodificar nossa porta, tentar consertar água quente e trabalhar com cabo ... .não voltará.

NÃO FIQUE AQUI e se ficar, já foi avisado !! Fiquei uma semana com 2 crianças no quarto 4119. Na primeira noite em que chegamos, eles tiveram que substituir a TV em nosso quarto, a porta do pátio nunca trancou a viagem inteira (então, toda vez que saíamos do quarto, era no Código de honra!!). Naquela quarta-feira, o cartão-chave da porta da frente parou de funcionar, então ou entramos no quarto pela porta quebrada do pátio ou pelo quarto adjacente do meu amigo. Éramos três no quarto, mas TODOS os dias tínhamos que pedir mais panos e toalhas de banho porque só deixavam um conjunto para 2 pessoas. Nós não tivemos água quente no chuveiro por 2 dias. Precisávamos de mais água engarrafada, o que levou mais de um dia para eles levarem para o quarto. Choveu muito enquanto estávamos lá (chuva, não é um problema), mas o cabo do resort caiu, então não havia nada para fazer e não podíamos nem sentar no quarto e apenas assistir TV (felizmente eu trouxe UNO e Cartões da fase 10). Uma das pias estava entupida, então não podíamos usá-la. E a palha que quebrou as costas do camelo para mim foi na véspera da nossa partida, estava chovendo e o banheiro começou a borbulhar como se fosse explodir. Eu imediatamente me levantei e empacotei todas as nossas coisas porque não tinha certeza se o banheiro iria transbordar e criar uma bagunça no quarto. Era difícil conseguir reservas nos restaurantes locais e fazer isso era basicamente um convite para uma apresentação de timeshare. O centro para adolescentes tinha potencial ... a mesa de sinuca era velha, mas no segundo dia em que as crianças foram brincar, as bolas haviam sumido. O restaurante principal Spoons fechou por 2 noites e se você não tivesse uma reserva em um dos outros restaurantes, você teria que pedir serviço de quarto, que era pelo menos uma hora de espera. Além disso, não tivemos acesso à praia, o que para quem não conhece é um problema durante o mês de junho devido ao crescimento excessivo de algas. POC, cuidado, esteja ciente de ser negligenciado ou ignorado.

First off it was beautiful...the grounds, the pools....but that’s where it stops.after talking to the people in charge we find out they are very under staffed..and don’t have enough places to eat at the resort for those they booked...they just told us to order room service...well this is interesting because room service never comes...I had the front desk as well as our concierge order for us stating we didn’t get service the day before...and nada...just not enough help. The food wasn’t great that we had. We had no hot water in our rooms the entire time for showers. It rained while we were there so we wanted to watch a movie...no cable it worked for others but not our room. Our room key was another situation....it didn’t work half the time...I felt like we spent more time waiting on maintenance guys to rekey our door, try and fix hot water, and work on cable....will not return.

DO NOT STAY HERE and if you do, you have been warned!! I stayed for a week with 2 children in Room 4119. The first night we arrived, they had to replace the TV in our room, the patio door never locked the entire trip (so, every time we left our room, it was on the honor code!!). By that Wednesday, the front door key card stopped working, so we either entered the room from the broken patio door or from my friend's adjoining room. There were 3 of us in the room, but EVERY day we had to ask for more wash cloths and towels because they would only leave a set for 2 people. We didn't have hot water in the shower for 2 days. We needed more bottled water, which took over a day for them to bring to the room. It rained a lot while we were there (rain, not a problem) but the cable for the resort went out, so there was nothing to do and we couldn't even sit in the room and just watch TV (luckily I brought UNO and Phase 10 cards). One of the sinks were clogged, so we couldn't use it. And the straw that broke the camel's back for me was the day before we left, it was raining and the toilet started gurgling as though it was about to explode. I immediately got up and packed all of our stuff because I wasn't sure if the toilet was going to overflow and create a mess in the room. It was hard to get reservations at the onsite restaurants and doing so was basically an invitation to a timeshare presentation. The teen center had potential.... the pool table was old but the 2nd day the kids went to play, the balls were gone. The main restaurant Spoons closed for 2 nights and if you didn't have a reservation at one of the other restaurants, you would have to order room service which was at LEAST an hour wait. Also, we couldn't access the beach, which if you didn't know, is a problem during the month of June due to an overgrowth of algae. POC beware, be aware of being overlooked or ignored.

Praia muito carregada de algas marinhas, eles disseram que todos os resorts estavam na mesma situação. Chamei um casal, não é o caso. Não há restaurantes abertos para o bfast, mas o buffet e é equivalente a um garotão. O almoço não tem restaurantes abertos apenas buffet, hambúrgueres e pizza. Pedi filé fora do serviço de quarto algumas vezes, era bife de diafragma queimado achatado. Reordenou, mesma coisa. Concertos risíveis. Boa sorte.

Nós estivemos aqui na nossa lua de mel e foi tão bonito quanto as fotos! Não encontramos um único membro da equipe que não fosse perfeitamente amigável e todas as nossas necessidades foram atendidas! Nós amamos o serviço de quarto (especialmente o café da manhã com ovos) e as pequenas cabanas na praia!O único problema que tivemos foi que fomos no início de junho. As algas marinhas na praia eram tão ruins que não podíamos nem chegar à água (que também estava cheia de algas marinhas) e o cheiro estava praticamente em todo o resort. Isso está fora de seu controle, mas se você está planejando uma viagem, certifique-se de ir mais tarde no verão. :)Definitivamente voltaremos !!

Beach too loaded with seaweed, they said every resort was the same situation.Called a couple, not the case.No restaurants open for bfast but the buffet and it's equivalent of a big boy.Lunch has no restaurants open just buffet, burgers and pizza.Ordered filet off of room service a couple times, it was flattened burnt skirt steak.Re ordered it, same thing.Concerieges'laughable.Good luck.

We went here for our honeymoon and it was just as beautiful as the pictures! We didn’t meet a single staff member that wasn’t perfectly friendly and all our needs were met! We loved the room service (especially the egg breakfast) and the little cabanas on the beach! The only problem we had was that we went in early June. The seaweed on the beach was so bad we couldn’t even get to the water (which was also full of seaweed) and the smell was pretty much everywhere in the resort. That’s out of their control, but if you’re planning a trip make sure to go later in the summer. :) We’ll definitely be back!!

Ya no es azul beach ahora se llama margarita village y si es muy bonito cambiaron y remodelaron muchas cosas pero es muy acogedor elegante y familiar siento que es más apto para niños tiene muchas cosas infantiles por ejemplo ay una tienda de cartoon network recomendable para familia lo recomiendo con tu esposa y hijos la vas a pasar de lujo gracias por sus atenciones 👍

A diferencia de los tipicos resorts enormes, Azul Beach es un pequeño hotel de gusto refinado. Es el tipo de lugar que eligirias para venir en familia y alejarte del ruido y de la fiesta. Tiene varios tipos de cuartos. Las villas cercanas al lobby son de lo mejor. Lo unico que siento es que debería tener mas espacio de playa. Antes del sargazo, sus playas eran mas que hermosas. De cualquier forma es un exquisito lugat para visitar.

First of all, I would like to give a shout out to all the staffs at Azul Beach resort, thank you all for a great experience. My family and I have a really great time during our stay. The foods are superb, especially at Latina, my son and wife really love it so much that we went there for 3 straight days.The kids' club is really great, it is very clean and organized, all the toys, games, tables, chairs, etc are well maintained by the 2 ladies. They are very patience and polite to the kids.Our swim-up room is very clean and well organized. The only down side will be the shower screen is out dated and shower handle needs to be replaced as it slipped out a couple of times.Love the cabana and beach area, too bad we went during the seaweed infestation. It was beginning to clear up the day we left.All the pools area are good and clean. I always see the staffs trying to clean up any debris floating or under the water.One thing I have to say, I initially thought that since this is a family resort, some sort of floaters will be provided, but there isn't, we have to bring our own. I do wish I was informed before hand. On the website, it didn't mention about it and the staff didn't tell me anything me when I emailed them to confirm our arrival.Other than that, it is really a great resort for families with young kids.

Lo amo. Vale mucho la pena! Viajo cuando menos 1 ves al año con mi pareja a este hotel. Excelente servicio, el ambiente muy tranquilo (en su mayoría el turismo es proveniente del Reino Unido), los restaurantes deliciosos. Hagan el esfuerzo por quedarse en una habitación swim-up en sección de adultos, tienen alberca directo de su terraza. Room service las 24 hrs. All inclusive!

Excelente comida, camas, baños, albercas, limpieza en cada rincón, el olfato indica la pulcritud de las instalaciones. Meseros y personal súper amables, de verdad regresaré. En la playa hay una parte con rocas que no me gustó tanto, pero el sitio es maravilloso y las instalaciones y servicios enamoran.

Excelente hotel, atencion del personal de primera. Hotel no muy grande lo que lo hace comodo, junto al mar por lo tanto la vista desde las albercas principales y algunos restaurants es hacia la playa. Ambiente tranquilo, aunque es ideal para familias con niños pequeños, tambien puedes pasarla relajado con tu pareja. Habitaciones bonitas y comodas. La comida muy rica, la bebida es premium. El mar tranquilo aunque si tenia mucho sargazo.

Muy bonito y acogedor. La playa miy bien situada con servicios de comida buenos. Los cuartos bien limpios y acomodados. Cuentan con una club para niños donde pueden pasar la tarde con demás niños. Tienen un teatro y suelen dar funciones de música en el bar. Cuentan con cuatro restaurantes diferentes.

Excelente atención y enfoque tanto para adultos como para niños. Nosotros que viajamos con niños hemos encontrado todas las comodidades para que se mantengan entretenidos y a salvo. La plata es agradable, la comida exquisita, la atención de todo el personal muy agradable y no abrumadora (como en otros resorts).
