huge room with very comfortable bed. very clean. My only complain would only be the shower. It took a while for the water to get hot, I always need to run the water for a little while, which is quite a waste of water.

The hotel is located rather central of atasehir, easy access to the Asian side of istanbul. Rooms are clean and spacious with a nice wide view. Breakfast is fine, nothing extraordinary, but nothing is missing. Executive lounge is well organized and super clean, food quality is good and selection of (local) drinks is ok. I have definitely had much better experiences in Istanbul, but given the price range I would consider it very good. People are all super friendly and did their best to give a good service. Small extra thank you to the valet service, very professional and super friendly service. The gym and swimming pool are huge and very well maintained. The only big issue is that there are swim teachers who are really shouting and to their students as if they are the only one around. It is impossible to enjoy the pool and read a book or even talk with anyone, I understand they have to do their job, but this is unacceptable and probably the reason why there was barely anyone at the pool. For me it is a clear reason not o choose this hotel and just go to Marriot asia, much more bang for your buck

Whenever I come to Istanbul I stayed at this hotel since the first day of its opening. I had a small operation for my skin cancer during my last stay, Ms. Meryem at the Club Lounge was so kind and helpful. She was also very hospitable to other visitors as well. I believe, nice and warm smile on her face was very comforting for visitor using the Club Lounge. Thank you so much Meryem. I hope I will be able to see you again in my future stays at this hotel.

Very nice location which is close to a lot of malls and nice restaurants. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very professional, nice, polite and hospitable. My wife and I had our wedding in Sheraton Grand Istanbul. We love it. We would especially like to thank Kadir, Kemal, Safak, Salim, Ozgin, the valet staff as well as the house keepers. They are all excellent. We will definitely go back. Thank you guys!

Nice but in parts. Location, ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nice area with plenty of shopping malls and eateries nearby. Rooms condition ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Air conditioning in room ⭐️ Cleanness ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Shower area needs extra attention. Overall staff ⭐️⭐️⭐️ They really need to dial up their service levels in terms of response time. Being a 5 star hotel, I’d you have staff who can’t even take guests calls, you have a big problem.

Had the most memorable 7 day experience at this place. The service was excellent. The rooms are really modern and cosy. It even has a temperature controlled indoor swimming pool in the basement and a very well equipped gymnasium. The breakfast was delicious and very diverse and the chefs were super sweet. 10/10 ♥️

The staff are friendly and they gave us early check in. The location of the hotel is few minutes walking from water garden. The room is good size and the view in our room was beautiful. We gave a note for the front desk manger about the quality of cleaning in our room and we thank him for his immediate response.

Loved it. Very modern, beautiful architecture, room are also very neat. Would be great though if they can put labels on their food in the buffet as a visitor I was curious to learn more about their food offering and culture. I had to ask the chefs all the time to explain it and most can't even speak English.

As a room I do not know but we did a wedding there was not bad the sound system was good and the salon was quite big. You can park outside no need for valle. The food was not bad well for wedding was good I think. People were very friendly. It is not very budget place but if you want to have a good place for wedding it is not bad to do so

Very exquisite hotel. Could recommend if you could u are in this area of Istanbul. Breakfast is excellent, room I was staying in also. Service is very friendly they are ready to help with any of your issues. Setting and the night-time scenery is beautiful so the higher you stay the better... 😊
