“This hotel is terrible for it's price. The rooms don't have air-conditioning and kayseri can be very hot, we couldn't sleep well; the towels were so old that they had holes; the floor of the sauna is so old that it was broken and looked very dirty, there were kids playing inside the sauna (very dangerous and difficult to relax); and the staff didn't speak English. In general this is a very old abandoned hotel that you shouldn't pay much for.”

“Located in the heart of the city, Hilton makes it easy access to many historical locations and the down town. The personnel is very helpful and smiling. The city pub at the lobby offers live music and a cosy atmosphere. During skiing season, the hotel offers you winter packages and discount on equipment rental at Hilton lounge at Tekir Kapı on Erciyes Ski Resort. Breakfast open buffet can be better provided, they have herbal tea selection, walnut and more cheese types. The sauna facility is only for men, which is very disappointing and makes you feel discriminated as a woman.”
