“Excellent place to stay if you like the imperial style in modern setting. Victorian hotel reminding us of the British empire while maintaining the extravagance and style. Tap in sink not working.”

“This hotel dazzled us at first. Although, finding it was a real challenge and we got lost. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Three out of 4 sides face noisy streets and we got a quiet side. Until the disco band started up just below us in a banquet room. It took calling several times to get the band to stop after midnight. Then, some attendees must have been staying there because doors slammed on our hall for an hour. At 6 am the door slamming started up again. It really is a shame because the hotel is so beautiful and has wonderful architecture. It was gorgeous, historic with great ambiance. Noisy. We had a disco band below us until after midnight. Walls thin.”
