I loved my experience here. The staff was super friendly, from the bellhops to check in staff and the restaurant/wait staff. Everyone was so accommodating. The environment is also classy and clean. I was with friends in the restaurant and had drinks and service in the lounge. Our room and bathroom was clean and cute. I definitely recommend it and would like to visit it again. Adorei minha experiência aqui. A equipe foi super amigável, desde os carregadores até a equipe de check-in e a equipe do restaurante / garçons. Todo mundo foi tão complacente. O ambiente também é elegante e limpo. Eu estava com amigos no restaurante e bebi e servi no lounge. Nosso quarto e banheiro era limpo e bonito. Definitivamente, recomendo e gostaria de visitá-lo novamente.

We stayed at AKA for 2 nights and had excellent service. The staff were all very nice, the location was great walking distance to typical Boston tourist spots and the train. We were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded our room as well which was a great touch! We will stay here again if we visit Boston in the future!

Fiquei em Boston por anos e tenho meus antigos hotéis confiáveis, mas decidi revisitar os comentários e descobri que muitos deles estão tendo problemas de serviço ou estão ficando mais degradados. Fiquei surpreso que este hotel estava recebendo comentários muito melhores do que qualquer outra pessoa. Foi uma ótima experiência. A localização é épica e o serviço estava a par de alguns hotéis de luxo. Os quartos foram ótimo restaurante bar e refeições ao ar livre incríveis. Altamente recomendado.

I’ve stayed in Boston for years and have my old reliable hotels but decided to revisit reviews and found that many of them are having service issues or are getting more rundown. I was surprised that this hotel was getting far better reviews than anyone else. It was a great experience. The location is epic and service was at par with some luxury hotels. Rooms were great restaurant bar and outdoor dining incredible. Highly recommend.

Nos foi dado um quarto, andar 9 de 10, às 13:00 em vez do check-in padrão 16:00. O bell hop e mulher no check-in foram extremamente cortês e amigável. Garrafas de água complementares no resgate (não as garrafas de 8$ de Fiji no quarto). Quarto e banheiro de bom tamanho. A pequena desvantagem foi as camas de casal, embora confortáveis, eram um pequeno para 2 adultos. Não há muito espaço para roupas dobradas para uma família de 4 pessoas. Um dos 2 elevadores estava fora de serviço e por isso fez com que os tempos de espera mais do que o normal e muitas paradas. Boa localização com cafés e restaurantes ao redor.

The convenience and high quality of this hotel were undeniable.The cost had increased significantly from our previous stays, understandably, could affect our ability to stay in the future (except for short stays).Restaurants and other options for eating were extremely satisfactory.

We were given a room, floor 9 of 10, at 1pm instead of the standard 4pm check in. The bell hop and woman at check in were extremely courteous and friendly. Complementary bottles of water at redemption (not the 8$ bottles of Fiji in the room). Good size room and bath. The one small downside was the double beds, although comfortable, were a small for 2 adults. Not much space for folded clothes for a family of 4. One of the 2 elevators was out of service and so made for longer than normal wait times and many stops. Good location with cafes and restaurants around.

Stayed here prior to our move to Boston while we searched for an apartment. The location was great, central for all things Boston. The amenities were plush, but not over the top. The staff was warm, welcoming and very helpful. I did lots of walking during my trip on hot days, and it was nice to have a comfortable place to come back to, relax and recharge. Could see this being a great location for business folks or for those on site-seeing trips to Boston.

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Loews Boston Hotel! Eu fiz muita pesquisa e reservei e cancelei 2 hotéis antes de finalmente reservar este. Nós AMAMOS a localização e o bairro, seguro e acessível para a maioria das atrações da cidade maravilhosa. A equipe foi amigável, os quartos eram limpos e recomendaria isso para quem procura um lugar agradável para ficar. Eles foram tão gentis em nos enviar as camisas que meu marido acidentalmente deixou no armário. Já sentimos falta de Boston e mal podemos esperar para voltar!

Hotel é adorável, quartos limpos e bem decorados. A equipe foi gentil e amigável, a comida era excepcional. Experimente as panquecas de proteína no café da manhã ou o bolo de lava para um deleite no final da noite. Ana (servidor da manhã) foi acima e além. Recomendo este hotel se você é exigente sobre onde você fica.

Hotel is lovely, clean rooms and well appointed. Staff was kind and friendly, food was exceptional. Try the protein pancakes for breakfast or the lava cake for a late evening treat. Ana (morning server) went above and beyond. Highly recommend this hotel if you are picky about where you stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Loews Boston Hotel! I did lots of research and booked and cancelled 2 hotels before finally booking this one. We LOVED the location and the neighborhood, safe and walkable to most of the wonderful city attractions. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. They were even so kind to send us the shirts my husband accidentally left in the closet. We miss Boston already and can't wait to return!

Chic and modern hotel in excellent location - close to shopping, restaurants and sights! My husband and I enjoyed staying here for a weekend getaway. Rooms are decent size, comfortable, and clean with great amenities. Staff was friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area. We will be staying here again!

Great location and great service. Was greeted by every employee I passed from entering the hotel to my room. The staff was very helpful and personable. The onsite restaurant was great, would definitely recommend breakfast. Would stay again.

Solo estuve en el hotel para un evento profesional. El hotel está localizado en un buen lugar para explorar la ciudad. El hotel en sí está muy bonito y bien mantenido.

Fui al bar abajo de Loews (Precinct). Los tragos estan buenos y sobre todo el "old fashion" de la casa. Lo que no había por alguna razón era Rum.

Excelente localización, muy cerca de la zona más turística de Boston, a solo unas cuadras de Newbury Street en en mero corazón de Back Bay. El hotel es viejo, de hecho es uno de los primeros hoteles de Boston, pero tiene un muy buen servicio y ha sido modernizado en su interior lo cual lo mantiene a la vanguardia. Lowes cuenta con todas las comodidades conservando su escénica de ser uno de los primeros y más famosos hoteles de Boston.
