I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Aloft. The location was perfect near the airport. The staff was friendly and courteous. This will be the hotel I stay at next time I am in Bogota.

Great place to stay if you need to stay close to the airport or have business in the area. The area is safe to walk around and has a few essential shops close by and a mall to get some shopping done. Safe and great, two important things in Bogotá

Ok so everything was good till there was no hot water. That is very important as you do not want to shower in cold water. I'd never stay in this hotel if i had known it was hot water issues throughout. Even made us change rooms where we had to figure everything out to move from one room to another and it was super annoying and then they tell us whole hotel has hot water issues. Do yourself a favor and stay at different hotel where you can peacefully shower in hot water

Be careful, if you're an American citizen and also a Colombian citizen then you could be charged an additional amount of money. It is not their fault but they could explain in a nice way instead of blaming us for using the Biomig. Better to stay away from this hotel.

We had great experience during our stay. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel located very close to the airport, which was great since our flight was very early morning. They provide free shuttle that runs every hour and it takes about 10-15 minutes to get to the airport. The rooms were clean and served perfectly for what we needed. There were not much light in the room, refrigerator worked great and kept our food fresh, beds were comfortable but pillows too hard for my liking. We had a complimentary bottle of water in the room and some toiletries. There are several restaurants and shops close if you need to do some shopping. There was a small sweet gift waiting us at the desk when we entered the room - chocolate - always nice when staff is detail oriented ) Thank you!
