“Não vale a pena o dinheiro que você paga! Fui aqui pela minha primeira vez em Aspen e é muito caro, mas nem vale a pena. Meu parceiro e eu normalmente ficamos em hotéis 4-5 estrelas e isso não fez o corte. Há uma taxa de entrega para o serviço de quarto selvagem, também o manobrista é de US $ 50 por noite, o que normalmente não seria um problema no inverno, mas no verão posso estacionar meu próprio carro ou ter a opção de pagar, quando ligamos para eles para ter o carro pronto, ninguém estava lá. O quarto não era como descrito, não tínhamos banheira e não havia ventilação no banheiro. Ainda por cima, eles permitem cães no hotel. Eu nunca vi isso antes em um estabelecimento de classe alta. O cachorro latiu a noite toda e fez do dia seguinte um inferno. Bem como o AC foi quebrado por duas noites e tivemos que ligar várias vezes para a. No geral, eu não recomendaria ou voltaria.”

“Not worth the money you pay! Went here for my first time in Aspen and it is so overpriced but not even worth it. My partner and I typically stay at 4-5 star hotels and this did not make the cut. There is a delivery fee for room service wild, also the valet is $50 a night, that typically wouldn’t be a problem in the winter but in the summer I can park my own car or have the option to pay, when we called them to have the car ready no one was even there. The room was not as described we didn’t have a tub and there was no vent in the bathroom. To top it off they allow dogs in the hotel. I’ve never seen that before in a higher class establishment. The dog was barking all night and made my next day hell. As well as the AC was broken for two nights and we had to call multiple times for a. Overall I would not recommend or go back.”
