“Building location is good. Small lobby but nice elevator. This branch does not look to have Sheraton standards. Body wash bottle is empty, old bathroom, the shower needs to be changed, Staff doesn't give the feeling of being welcomed. Not the cleanest hotel (coffee spots on floor, sheets has red spot on it).
I booked a room with parking spot (car stay free), I couldn't find my way easy so I used valet parking, they ended up charging me for both!
I will not rebook in this one and I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there. This is a not a cheap place so I advice u to look where else”

“The hotel itself if perfectly fine. No complaints at all. However the staff made it amazing! Melissa at the front door was beyond excellent! The hotel is a few blocks from downtown, easily walkable, however they have a shuttle. The shuttle driver Mike literally was the best! He gave us his number and we called when we needed a ride and he was all over it! Awesome!”
