“This property is new and comfortable. The rooms and spacious and quiet. The shower water gets nice and hot, beds are comfortable and firm.
The breakfast looked good and the bar was well stocked.
The location is a bit away from everything so short ubers are better than walking to the mall or Williams Tower.”

“We stayed in this hotel last weekend, I have a 20 months old child and we were given a room with a shared door with the room next to us, of course the door was locked by still was not sound proof, our next door was very noisy during day and night and when I called the front desk to come to the room and see the situation I have been told that they are busy and they can come after 20-30 minutes and when I said I need someone right now, I have been told they will send someone from maintenance right away but no one showed up! I do not blame the next door for being noisy, because they also paid to stay and enjoy their time but the front desk should not give the room with a shared door to any other guests while the hotel was not even half full, or they should have let the guests like me know that what is the situation first. This was an unfortunate situation to be and I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel because of the very poor and not caring front desk staff.”
