Far below expected for an international 5 stars hotel.
1. We are not allowed to swim even the rain has stopped.
2. The bath tub drainage is broken / stuck, I asked the room service and they didn’t come
3. The receptionist rarely pick-up the phone
4. Room is too old & dusty
5. Bed sheet is not clean
Not worth for the price I’ve paid.
I stayed in a local 5 star hotel & it’s a lot better than this so called International 5 stars hotel. 👎🏻

We had corner executive room. Great city view from the room, great amenities in the room. It took ages to get a bottle of wine and it was extremely expensive. The same bottle available for sale in Indonesian retails for 8 times less. Breakfast was okay, there was nothing special.

Hotel de 5 estrelas localizado no centro da cidade de Medan. Perto da estação Medan e do shopping DeliPark.Os quartos estão equipados com banheira e chuveiro e são confortáveis. Além disso, a localização é no 28º andar, permitindo que você tenha uma visão melhor da cidade de Medan. A limpeza do quarto é boa, mas o quarto parece um pouco com um hotel antigo.Há uma piscina infinita no 17º andar, mas você deve reservar com antecedência porque é limitada durante a pandemia de Covid-19. Só consigo nadar 30 minutos, mas acho que é o suficiente. O ambiente da Infinity Pool é bom, a água da piscina também não é muito fria, por isso é confortável para nadar enquanto se aprecia a vista da cidade de Medan.Para o café da manhã, a variedade de comida / bebida / sobremesa é bastante grande. O sabor é muito bom, mas o sabor médio é picante. O que eu elogio aqui é o serviço TOP. Quando você entra no restaurante, quando se senta, quando come, quando está para sair, você é saudado com muita educação. Pena não me lembrar do nome da pessoa que me atendeu, mas trabalhava profissionalmente. Eu realmente gostei do café da manhã neste restaurante.Na verdade, eu quero dar 5 estrelas, mas talvez por causa da pandemia covid-19 o hotel usa muitos novos funcionários, muitos ainda estão rígidos e não sorriem. Mas os antigos funcionários são todos amigáveis. Esperançosamente na minha próxima visita posso dar 5 estrelas.

Café da manhã apenas para 1 pessoa, mas já reservei cama de solteiro 😂 A piscina tem tempo limite. Ginásio apenas tão. O jacuzzi da sauna é bom. O quarto é bom. Eu não gosto do lobby 😂

Quero compartilhar a experiência de me hospedar no hotel jw marriott, que foi menos que agradável. O tapete do quarto não é seguro porque tem tachinhas para fora, a mesa tem muitas formigas, na sala tem moscas, o colchão é curvo / côncavo para uma dor na cintura durante o sono, a poltrona do sofá tem molas para fora, é desconfortável sente-se, na geladeira ainda há lixo do cliente anterior era "palha usada" e o ar condicionado não estava frio o suficiente, meu filho dormia em modo alto 18 ° sem cobertor. 1⭐ para uma localização estratégica, 1⭐ novamente para o serviço e hospitalidade dos funcionários do hotel. Por favor, o gerente do hotel preste mais atenção ao que eu digo, para que nenhum outro hóspede do hotel experimente a mesma coisa, especialmente os perigosos. Obrigada 🙏

Comprei uma assinatura JW por 2 milhões e ganhei vários vouchers que podemos usar para ficar, um dos quais é um voucher de desconto de 50%.Desde que a minha reserva sempre diga que está cheia, já foi 2 vezes com o mesmo caso, embora eu já tenha reservado o dia e o marketing diga para esperar as novidades até o dia por ele indicado. Então, até que o dia tenha passado, eles não foram informados. E tomei a iniciativa de perguntar sobre a reserva do meu quarto. Em seguida, ele respondeu imediatamente que a sala estava cheia e que tinha sido reservada por pessoas no dia anterior. Pelo que significa, eles são o meu PHP, certo? Como é que não faz muito tempo que fiz a reserva, não estava nem cheio?E há também um voucher de buffet de almoço e jantar que não pode ser usado, alegando que ainda não está aberto por causa da pandemia, mas o hotel pode estar cheio?E o serviço de marketing é muito ruim. Perguntei sobre o vencimento da minha assinatura e ele respondeu: “Você mesmo pode ver a data de vencimento na inscrição.” Você acha que sua inscrição é como WA e IG, que estão abertas todos os dias? Pelo menos não diga como gt.

Very nice hotel indeed. The staff was so friendly, always say hi if we walk across them, asking if there's something they can help. The rooms was very nice too, and there's quite complete facilities you can find. The café was nice too, and the food is good, but not great enough, hopefully they can upgrade the taste..
But overall, it's definitely one of a great hotels in Medan..

J. W. Marriott Hotel Medan, 😍 very clean and well kept, they have plenty of rooms like hundreds maybe I guess. And well kept, and maintained. RedI think it's the best Hotel in town ... On fhe first floor there's an American style buffet all you can eat for about $20 , they have meats, beef, chicken, shrimp, and desserts, also a salad bar and ice cream machine. Me and my friend came by to dine in here, some food are good but not all kept freshly cooked 🍚, my favorite stuff here is the cold salad bar, I had to repeat my dishes there 😀, andnext to the steak house buffet, there's a bakery shop, I bought some of them, they taste amazingly good. Now, after a good meals we are full and in a little more time, we will head to upstairs to the room and get to go to the spa to relax my muscles there☺️ they have hot and cold water pools , sauna wet, sauna dry, very nice place and their customers service man are quite good and polite and seems very friendly. Hotel is nice.. varieties of breakfast is awesome... i got sick during my stay and asked for room dining for chicken porridge at night where it supposed to be only for breakfast but they provided it for me... and the staff come not only with porridge but also hot tea... kudos for the service given... its a recommended hotel. Will definitely stay again for next visit in medan.
