Pequeno hotel bonito que estava sendo reformado quando eu fiquei. Eles não trabalharam durante o início da manhã tão bom vê-lo recebendo um lifting facial. O serviço foi muito bom. Eles nos ajudaram quando o local de reserva on-line cometeu um erro.

Cute little hotel that was being renovated when I stayed. They did not work during the early morning so nice to see it getting a face lift. Service was very great. They helped us out when the online booking place made a mistake.

O trabalho de gesso nas paredes era muito desleixado, os tapetes em todo o hotel estavam imundos, o atendente da recepção era muito leviano em suas respostas aos hóspedes, e havia baratas rastejando pelo banheiro à noite. Quando acendia a luz do banheiro à noite, as baratas corriam. Percebi na manhã seguinte à primeira noite (quando não acendi a luz) que havia pisado em 2 e os matado. Porque reservei através de terceiros, sou SOL! A estadia foi no final de agosto de 2022. Reserve outro hotel!

Até aí tudo bem, mas eles devem melhorar os seguintes serviços:1. A conexão com a Internet é deficiente (precisa atualizar a banda larga. 2. Reconstruir a área da piscina (tem um tempo sem funcionar). 3. O lugar não cheira bem.Por outro lado: 1. Bons serviços de pequeno-almoço. 2. Bons serviços de balcão. 3. Lugar bom e seguro.

The plaster job on the walls was very sloppy, the carpets throughout the hotel were filthy, the front desk attendant was very flippant in his responses to guests, and there were roaches crawling around the bathroom at night.When I turned on the bathroom light in the evenings, the roaches went running.I noticed the morning after the first night (when I did not turn on the light) that I had stepped on 2 and killed them.Because I booked through a 3rd party, I’m SOL!Stay was end of August 2022.Book another hotel!

So far so good but they should improve the following services: 1. Internet connection is deficient (need to upgrade wideband. 2. Rebuild the pool area ( has a while not functioning). 3. The place doesn't smell good. In the other hand: 1. Good breakfast services. 2. Good counter services. 3. Good and safe place.

Adoramos ficar no Country Inn and Suites, mas este foi uma grande decepção. O quarto era muito datado e respingos de tinta por todo o banheiro e os pisos estavam sujos. Os lençóis e toalhas não eram de boa qualidade.

Fiquei 3 semanas e estava perfeitamente satisfeito com as acomodações. Dan foi incrível para trabalhar. Fantástico serviço ao cliente dele. Eu não trabalhei com a outra equipe, então não posso falar sobre isso. Eu definitivamente voltarei, na próxima vez que estiver na área.

We love staying at Country Inn and Suites, but this one was a big disappointment. The room was very dated and paint splatters all over the bathroom and the floors were dirty. The sheets and towels were not of good quality.

Stayed 3 weeks and was perfectly content with the accommodations. Dan was awesome to work with. Fantastic customer service from him. I didn't work with the other staff, so I can't speak to that. I'll definitely be back, next time I'm in the area.

A primeira coisa para recebê-lo é a fita de advertência e a reforma, depois uma placa azul informando que a piscina e a banheira de hidromassagem estão fora de serviço e que está postada em todos os sites. Não era. Como você pode ver nas fotos, o quarto não era o mais limpo com sangue ou ketchup nas paredes. Parece que houve um vazamento em algum momento, bem como o molde em alguns lugares diferentes. Havia várias outras coisas, como buracos remendados na parede ou como parecia que um animal estava tentando comer fora da porta do banheiro e assim por diante, veja as fotos fornecidas. Você pode ver toalhas manchadas ou não lavadas e roupas de cama manchadas. As camas eram surpreendentemente confortáveis, mesmo depois de todos os itens acima. O pior é que parecia ter um restritor ou reguladores no AC porque o quarto não ficava mais frio que 74 e havia um ventilador muito alto entre o quarto e a área de estar principal.Parecia estar faltando móveis e os itens estavam um pouco espancados com buracos de bom tamanho.O cara que veio para a recepção parecia extremamente cansado tanto que parecia mais alto que uma pipa. Isso foi depois de esperar cerca de 20 minutos para que alguém chegasse à recepção.Café-da-manhã foi um pouco de uma piada, mas o que você pode realmente esperar, eu acho. No geral, não é uma estadia muito boa por qualquer trecho da mente, mas uma ótima localização e perto de onde tínhamos que estar para eventos.

First thing to welcome you is caution tape and remodeling, then a blue sign stating the pool and hot tub are out of service, and that it's posted on all websites. It was not. As you can see in the photos the room was not the cleanest with either blood or ketchup on the walls. Looks like there was a leak at some point in time as well as the mold in a few different places. There were several other things like patched up holes in the wall or how it looked like an animal was trying to eat it's way out of the bathroom door and so on see the pics provided. You can see stained or un washed towels and stained bedding. Beds were surprisingly comfortable even after all the above. Worst thing is it seemed to have a restrictor or regulators on the AC cause the room would not get colder than 74 and there was a really loud fan between the room and the main sitting area. Looked to be missing furniture and the items there were a bit beaten up with good sized holes in them. The guy a that came to the front desk looked extremely tired so much so he looked higher than a kite. That was after waiting about 20 minutes for anyone to even get to the front desk. Breakfast was a bit of a joke but what can you truly expect I guess. Overall not a very good stay by any stretch of the mind but a great location and close to where we had to be for events.
