“Íbamos a hacer una maravillosa visita a Comwell Sorø.La comida en el restaurante por la noche estaba bien, al igual que el vino blanco casero. Sin embargo, la experiencia se arruinó por el mal servicio en el hotel desde el momento en que nos registramos hasta que nos marchamos.El personal estaba confundido, inútil y, en ocasiones, decididamente grosero. Entre otras cosas, nos sirvieron un vino blanco tibio y nos dijeron que podíamos meter cubitos de hielo en el vino. ¡Debe poder hacerlo mejor, muy decepcionante para un hotel que por lo demás está bellamente ubicado!”
