“Caught manager of the hotel red handed in our room when we returned from dinner, going through all of our bags looking for stuff to steal. Other guests had items stolen every day we stayed including from the safe. Exercise extreme caution! Felt totally violated and unsafe”

“STAFF STOLE OUR BELONGINGS DURING OUR STAY!!! ATTENTION PLEASE !!! We really didn’t had pleasure stay. In our first night after a long flight, we didn’t could sleep because of such a loud noise because of water dropping anywhere. Because of that, we changed our room. Also in this Room we had couple of problems. 3 of 5 days the flush of the toilet doesn’t worked. Always needed to talk to the information! One day in the morning, we wanted to go make a day trip, there was NO water for getting a Shower! Very unsatisfying! AND the biggest Problem was/is, that people stole our belongings. We brought some special chocolate from Germany for the family and for the Mexican nieces. These chocolate got stolen out of our suitcases! And furthermore premium in ear-headphones from “Teufel” got also stolen out of our bags! (New price of them was 80€) ... very very sad, even worse because my Mexican girlfriend wanted to give me a very nice and friendly expression of Mexico etc. But these bad stay in your hotel isn’t a nice experience for me of Mexico and for my girlfriend it’s kind of a shame, because her home country makes his image worse and worse with these issues. And by the way, the pool needs a cleaning, and the construction workers are looking all the time, while laying at the pool, which is really uncomfortable!”
