“Summary: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ for terrific value, new, upgraded, fresh rooms & bath, good beds and bedding. Proximity depends on where you are planning to visit. Context: I am used to exceptional service and upgraded suites and rooms owed largely to the Platinum or equivalent status at various 4 to 7 star top hotels! This visit to Rome was on short notice, and i couldn't get a room at my usual brands. This is a good sign, people have started traveling again, and hopefully it stays that way. Notes: I was not previously familiar with the brand, but was pleasantly surprised. As summed up above, they definitely beat my expectations especially considering the price of the rooms were quite reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised from the moment i walked into the lobby, a warm greeting by the staff, clean fresh room and bath. I will say, not much of a view but the beds were good and firm with few pillow options for a good night's sleep. The continental breakfast was also reasonably good considering.”

“The staff was friendly, the building was clean. The breakfast was excellent! The only issues I thought was if you are planning on renting a car you have to pay extra for parking. €12 per day. If you want to use the pool you have to purchase swimming caps at €2 each. When you leave the hotel room to tour the city, the air condition will turn off, so you will not have a nice cool room for when you return. These things should be included with your stay. I have travel around the world and I have never had to pay extra for parking or simple bathing cap to use the pool The restaurant dinner food was excellent the portions were small and fairly expensive. We were lucky we rented a car as the taxi companies were on strike. Over all it was I good stay !”
