I had an amazing experience checking in at the Kimpton Palomar in Phoenix, thanks to the exceptional service provided by VICTORIA, the front desk agent. Despite encountering an issue during check-in, VICTORIA was quick to take action and resolve the situation efficiently. Moreover, VICTORIA went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and offered additional services that exceeded my expectations. Overall, I highly recommend the Kimpton Palomar to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay in Phoenix. Their staff, particularly VICTORIA, provide excellent customer service that truly sets this hotel apart. Thank you, VICTORIA and Kimpton Palomar, for such a positive experience!

The hotel is amazing. The front desk representatives were professional and welcoming. The Arena is very spacious and does give quite the view. The chefs are also great and accommodating. Our food tasted so amazing. We had a great time! Planning to go back!

Enjoyed stay here definitely will return. My friend and I had a few events to attend within walking distance. Validated self parking process was a breeze. The place was clean and exceptional customer service. Bar Tender from the Eden bar made me this dope easy living drink. Only complaint is pool closes early and bar needs more cocktails on the sweeter side.

Great hotel and location. My only feedback would be to have umbrellas at the pool. The other side is under renovation which is great..renovations mean improvements and a better experience. However, to fully enjoy the piece of pool that was available was uncomfortable and pool umbrellas would have helped. I think that's a small ask for a hotel of this caliber.

The rooftop pool bar was under construction. They had a little pop up bar up there that was nice (but the constant construction noise was a lot). The room was nice and big. No complaints. They offer a happy hour in the lobby from 5-6pm. The hotel is a part of a big complex with a bunch of different shops and restaurants. Lots of options for food etc. Was close to the stadium, so if you’re going for an event, it’s walkable. There’s also access to the light rail nearby too, so public transport is very convenient too.

Muito caro para um hotel que tem roupas de cama velhas e esfarrapadas e não se parece em nada com as fotos. As fotos tornam os quartos e as comodidades tão agradáveis e vibrantes. Meu quarto estava úmido e tudo era velho. O tapete estava enrugado e cheirava a mofo. A área da piscina parece incrível nas fotos, mas pessoalmente é bastante sem brilho. Eu deveria ter ficado no Holiday Inn Express. Pelo menos eles têm café no seu quarto e café da manhã grátis. O café da manhã no Kimpton era quase da mesma qualidade do HIE e relativamente caro, mesmo considerando o preço exagerado do quarto. Não me interpretem mal, não me importo de pagar 300 dólares por noite por um quarto, mas consigo quartos melhores a 300 dólares em muitas outras cidades. Eu reservo hotéis IHG quase que exclusivamente, então não estou criticando sua marca. Apenas este hotel em particular.

A partir do momento em que entrei no saguão, me senti bem-vindo e à vontade. Tenho que checar com o Cody mais cedo. Cody sabia que era meu aniversário e enviou um cartão com morango com cobertura de chocolate. Obrigado Cody por tornar minha estadia ainda melhor. Eu tenho alguns bons momentos neste hotel. Minha esposa ficou aqui com seus amigos antes de nos casarmos e adorou. Então, a primeira vez que viemos aqui juntos, passamos muito tempo na piscina do terraço. Eu poderia dizer que havia algum tipo de banda permanecendo lá porque eles estavam na piscina o dia todo e as pessoas continuavam vindo para conhecê-los / obter autógrafos ou sei lá. Então isso foi interessante. A piscina é muito grande e tem um bar ao lado. Na segunda vez que fiquei, Covid tinha acabado de começar e a piscina estava fechada, então eu fiquei chateado - no entanto, foi tão lento que eles nos deram um upgrade para uma suíte enorme que era do tamanho de uma casa. Na terceira vez que fiquei, a piscina estava aberta e dessa vez trouxemos nosso cachorro. Tive um grande momento mais uma vez. A recepção e a equipe de manobrista foram muito legal e descontrair. Definitivamente um dos meus hotéis favoritos.

Very expensive for a hotel that has old raggedy bed linens and it looks nothing like the photos. The photos make the rooms and amenities look so nice and vibrant. My room was dank and everything was old. Carpet was wrinkled and smelled moldy. The pool area looks amazing in the photos but in person it's pretty lackluster. I should have stayed at Holiday Inn Express. At least they have coffee in your room and free breakfast. The breakfast at the Kimpton was about the same quality as HIE and relatively overpriced, even accounting for the inflated room price. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind paying 300 bucks a night for a room but I get better rooms at 300 in a lot of other cities. I book IHG Hotels almost exclusively so I'm not knocking their brand. Just this particular hotel.

I've a few great times at this hotel. My wife stayed here with her friends before we ever got married and loved it. Then the first time we came here together, we spent so much time in the rooftop pool. I could tell there was some kind of band staying there because they were in the pool all day long and people kept coming in to meet them/get autographs or whatnot. So that was interesting. The pool is really big and there is a bar next to it. The second time I stayed, Covid had just begun and the pool was closed, so I was bummed - however it was so slow that they gave us an upgrade to a massive suite that was like the size of a house. The third time I stayed, the pool was open and that time we brought our dog. Had a great time yet again. The front desk and valet staff were pretty cool and chill. Definitely one of my favorite hotels ever.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I felt welcomed and at ease. Got to check in early with Cody. Cody knew it was my birthday and sent up a card with chocolate covered strawberry's. Thank you Cody for making my stay even better. Every single employee had great customer service from night auditor to valet, it made me what to keep pushing myself to give the best customer service while I am at work. Thank you for everything.

Eu amo este hotel! Eu amo a vista, especialmente se o seu quarto é pela água. Adoro os coqueiros, a paisagem, a piscina, a comida, os funcionários e tudo mais. Não posso dizer coisas boas o suficiente sobre a nossa experiência aqui. Em primeiro lugar, o ponto de preço para localização e comodidades foi incrível. O check-in digital no dia anterior facilitou a chegada com todas as nossas malas. Eles foram tão complacentes e até mesmo nos deixou um pequeno presente de boas-vindas para o nosso aniversário no quarto que foi completamente inesperado. O quarto era muito limpo, a vista era ótima, e Molly e Ben foram incrivelmente atenciosos e se certificaram de que tudo estava perfeito. E então, no dia seguinte, devido à disponibilidade, pudemos fazer um check-out tardio a um preço tão bom e com base no tempo extra que queríamos sair! Eu nunca tinha ouvido falar disso antes! Normalmente gosto de experimentar hotéis diferentes quando vou para cidades diferentes, mas o Hotel Palomar agora será o nosso local sempre que estiver no centro de Phoenix. I love this hotel! I love the view especially if your room is by the water. I love the coconut trees, the landscape, the swimming pool, their food, the staff's, and everything. Great locations, huge and clean rooms, and offered tasteful foods. This hotel really deserves more than five-stars. I highly recommend this to everyone.

I can not say enough great things about our experience here. First, the price point for location and amenities was awesome. Digital check in the day before made coming in with all of our bags a breeze. They were so accommodating and even left us a little welcome gift for our anniversary in the room which was completely unexpected. The room was very clean, the view was great, and Molly and Ben were unbelievably attentive and made sure everything was perfect. And then the next day because of the availability we were able to do a late checkout at such a great price and based on how long extra we wanted to leave! I’ve never heard of that before! I usually like to try out different hotels when going to different cities, but Hotel Palomar will now be our spot whenever in downtown Phoenix. Thank you for such a memorable experience.

Bela área e hotel. Limpo e tão perto de tantos restaurantes e bares excelentes. Há uma mercearia do outro lado da rua também. Se você estacionar sozinho é um pouco de caminhada, mas não terrível. Frigobar, muitas tomadas, camas confortáveis, banheiro grande. O alto-falante / relógio na sala é um toque agradável! A única desvantagem era que a porta do chuveiro respingava um pouco no chão e não mantinha o chuveiro aquecido.

Beautiful area and hotel. Clean and so close to so many great restaurants and bars. There is a grocery store right across the street as well. If you self park it's a bit of a walk but not terrible. Mini fridge, plenty of outlets, comfortable beds, big bathroom. The speaker/clock in the room is a nice touch! Only downside was no door on the shower splashed the floor a bit and didn't keep the shower warm.

Awesome hotel in the downtown area. Valet service was fast and friendly, hotel staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel layout was great (weird comment but it'll make sense). We opted for the corner room: The space was beyond necessarily but worth it, The TVs were huge, the bathroom was AMAZING... the tub alone will be justification for a return trip, the bed was comfortable, overall everything was pretty clean, and the views were great. I will say that the living room portion of the room had the worst couch I've ever seen... not sure what's up with that thing but we never used it. I do wish there was a bit of an easier room service mechanism, we were planning on doing some but it just ended up being a whole chore. The Blue Hound restaurant was good... not amazing but fine. I'd recommend making a reservation if you plan on dining there (they're also the room service provider... I think). I was happy with the location, there was a Fry's next door and eateries all around. The "rooftop" pool and bar was cool. Overall, a bit pricey but ended up being worth it.
