It was my third time at the NH COLLECTION HAMBURG CITY :) As always it was a very nice stay. Rooms are very clean and spacious with a large bathroom. The Hotel is situated in St. Pauli (a very cool area) with a lots of great restaurants around. Perfect for a weekend trip with friends or family. Employees are super friendly and always willing to help you. I would truly recommend this hotel and for sure I will be back again soon!!!! Thank you so much NH COLLECTION HAMBURG !!!!

First of all - I did not stay in the Hotel, because my company's booking department did a mistake in the booking (one month later than needed) and in such a case you really see if a hotel is good or not! So - as said - the booking was made and already paid in full - NOT refundable! So, when something really goes bad, you see if the business partner - in this case the hotel - was the right choice; they refunded the entire amount for the booking, although they did not have to. Thank you NH Collection Hamburg City for being so fair! My next booking will definitely be with you again - just with the correct dates! 😉

Comfortable hotel located on the heart of the city, all attractions, malls, central station, restaurants, Reperbahn are steps away. There is also a really nice amusement seasonal park DOM just in front of the hotel, great entertainment both for kids and adults. Very recommended.

We visited Hamburg for the first time and this was our first hotel choice. NH Collection has good hotels in Germany so we knew this will be amazing too. Stayed here for several days was a very pleasant stay. We liked also the private parking option and large hotel lobby space. Amazing decorations and attention to details. The staff were kind and accommodating.

Room design is excellent, breakfast and staff are brilliant. Coffee machine in the room didn't work though and the shower gel dispenser in the shower ( oddly enough) was empty, hence 4 stars

We stay in this hotel mainly because it was one of the only hotels we could find that have smoking rooms. ( You have to book one of the suites though to be able to get one) The rooms are really nice...
