“El hotel esta bien, moderno y cómodo pero con esto del Covid-19, NO hay servicio de limpieza, ni cambio de toallas, etc. Entonces NUNCA te tienden las camas, limpian el baño y sacan basura en toda la estancia en el hotel...”

“It is in the middle of nowhere, next to the metro rail which causes considerable noise even on the high floors (we had the superior bay view room). The front desk was very rude. The A/C in the room was not working no matter how we adjusted the thermostat. The lobby is beautiful and the room was fine. But overall it is not worth it. For this price, there are many better hotels nearby. I would not come back.”
