We recently stayed here for 4 nights. The service was great and there were a good amount of amenities offered. Kevin at the front desk was very very helpful. My only concern with this stay was being put in a room RIGHT NEXT TO the Ice machine on the 7th floor. When I tell you this is the loudest Ice machine on planet earth….you better believe it... woke me up numerous times throughout the entire night. The walls in this hotel are clearly thin. As an elite member who stays over 150 nights a year at Marriott properties, I would've appreciated being put on a higher and quieter floor. Room upgrade was never ever mentioned.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The things that make the hotel stand out were the small touches. I appreciated the Cool water in the lobby, free WiFi and parking. The pool felt like a resort pool with cabanas, and an outdoor bar where you can order food. We loved spending time in the pool where I can say the level of chlorine does not burn your eyes. The buffet was decent with a made to order omelette station and a waffle station. When considering the negatives the only thing that comes to mind is the bathroom sink. Which in my opinion is a little too shallow and it didn’t allow for proper drainage and makes for awkward hands and face washing. I look forward to coming back to this location or a future Westin hotel.

Let me start out by saying that I’m a Lifetime Titanium Elite member with Marriott. I share this only to level set that I’ve stayed in A LOT of Marriott properties over the years! This property is a great value for the money and location. Great staff, nice rooms, bar lobby AND proximity to local restaurants/bars. Outstanding pool, with bar and nice gym. We really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay here again!!!

Pleasantly surprised by this Westin. Elite recognition was stellar, the suite was spacious and in good condition, staff were largely friendly, complimentary parking was easy, the outdoor pool area was attractive and there was no resort fee. F&B was acceptable, although better at dinner than breakfast. Eric, the bartender, was very friendly and outgoing, engaging all guests as he took food and/or beverage orders. Prices for food were very reasonable and the quality and portion size were very good. No complaints. I'd not hesitate to return.

I wanted to start off by saying what a wonderful check-in experience! I was well taken care of by two ladies at the front desk, Michelle and Mari. They both were warm and welcoming! I asked if I could switch out the pillows and they quickly made sure they sent someone up to change them out for foam instead of the feather. Thank you so much ladies for being a pleasure to speak with and for being so accommodating as well. These two made an excellent first impression for this Westin! I’ll be back.

2/6/22 This hotel is awesome . We ordered dinner at the Lobby Lounge , Edwin was very helpful . My salmon was perfect . The hotel is very quiet . Rooms are nice and spacious . Watching the sunrise and set from my window is perfectly beautiful . Plenty of parking . Pool is pretty big and good size jacuzzi . Water is warm . Room temperature knob is easy to maneuver. Location is great as well . All in all , I would stay here again

DO NOT LISTEN TO THE FAKE REVIEWS. Pay attention to how completely different the 1 and 5 star reviews are and how consistent the 1 star reviews are with each other. Stay far away from this place!! Nothing works, none of the ice machine or vending machines. Everything is dirty. The hallways, the rooms, the beds.. everything. The service is terrible. A lot of sketchy things going on here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anybody.

If I were forced to choose one hotel brand, and only be able to stay at one hotel chain for the rest of my life, I would happily pick The Westin. We liked this one so much that we stayed here two separate times on our vacation. You can always count on an incredibly comfortable bed, nice showers, and good amenities.

Pleasant enough place. One observation worth a comment is that the hotel's bed and pillows were probably the most comfortable I've come across. Maybe this is subjective, and since everyone has their own preferences maybe there's no meaning behind 'best' or 'worse', but to this traveler I managed to get sufficient good sleep on an otherwise sleep-deprived trip. If hotels are reading this, is there a way to ask hotels for a specific bed/pillow softness or hardness? I've never seen that choice before, but it seems like it would be an obvious feature.

Was in town on business and had a great experience at this property. The night agent Nicole was phenomenal, professional, friendly, and knowledgeable! The day time agent Corey was helpful as well and patient training new hires all while having a pleasant demeanor. Things will always happen often times but should always remain the same is the level of service. Thank you for providing a great experience!
