“Awful experience with customer service, specifically with the afternoon male staff with long hair. Atrocious customer service with everyone. The most he would ever do is shrug and say there's nothing else he could do in regard to helping. Always playing his vulgar music IN THE LOBBY and ignoring people until it was convenient for him. Didn't bother getting his name, but I'm sure anyone staying here knows exactly who I'm talking about. He's the sole reason I refuse to ever stay in these hotels. Awful, Awful service. Also lied about being able to add 1 guest to my single-person occupied room even after I was told it was possible. Refused to see what could be done regarding a refund for not staying the full time due to a dire family emergency.”
