“Wow! Most reviews are negative, some are good, but most are not. Hopefully we are not screwed, we are planing to be there before the end of the year. I just hope we will come back and post a good review, this means we will have a good vacation.”

“Couldn’t have been happier with my stay. My sister and I stayed a week. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is amazing Stefano was amazing and very friendly. Alan is definitely your go to man for excursions, very knowledgeable and has amazing taste in activities. This hotel makes you feel extremely safe with all the precautions they take. The roof top is great, while you’re up there check out Catch, literally the most amazing meal the whole trip was there. Also check out the beach house, great bar with strong drinks and some great tapas. I recommend the shrimp tacos there. The only thing that’s a downer is the noise, but what do you expect when it’s right next to 5th Avenue and Coco Bongo. Don’t let that stop you though you get use to it and I found it ended around 3am. Love this place thanks for making my Cancun Trip even more pleasurable.”
