Me and my husband enjoyed our few days stay at the hotel and the breakfast was superb. The staff in the lobby are also kind so it's nice to go back to that place. The interior of the room is also very comfortable and everything is super clean.

Boa localização e funcionários simpáticos. O quarto é grande com uma mesa adequada para fazer algum trabalho. É meio envelhecido, mas definitivamente limpo e funcional. O café da manhã poderia fazer com alguma mudança de pratos, pois fiquei por 6 dias com todos os mesmos pratos no café da manhã.

Excepcional hotel que envelheceu bem. Os funcionários foram exemplares no conhecimento das instalações e da área e na resposta às solicitações. Os funcionários do salão da galeria exemplificaram tanto a hospitalidade da instalação quanto o nível de serviço esperado de um hotel histórico como este. Até mesmo a equipe de limpeza da casa foi surpreendentemente simpática e prestativa.A localização é ideal para aqueles que tentam evitar Manila enquanto ainda estão na NCR e têm acesso aos restaurantes e compras que ela oferece.

Exceptional hotel that has aged well. Staff were exemplary in their knowledge of the facilities and area and in responding to requests. Staff at the gallery lounge exemplified both the hospitality of the facility and the level of service expected from a storied hotel such as this. Even the house cleaning staff were surprisingly friendly and helpful.Location is ideal for those trying to avoid Manila while still being in the NCR and having access to the dining and shopping it offers.

Good location and friendly staff. The room is big with a proper desk to get some work done. It is kind of aged though but definitely clean and functional. The breakfast could do with some change of dishes as I stayed for 6 days with all the same dishes for breakfast.

we were absolutely satisfied with our stay at the Peninsula. from the warm welcome , the friendly and warm manner of all the employees of the Hotel, the services, the Food, the ambience and generally being welcomed so warmly and so respectably. special shout out to Miguel, Grazielle (I'm sorry if I got your name wrong) and the whole Front desk and Concierge Team. they did their best to ensure that our trip went smoothly and gave us helpful tips. we'll gladly come back to Manila Pen. if we ever find our way to the PH again. :)

Absolutamente excepcional hotel e serviço ao cliente, especialmente no Lounge. O próprio hotel e seu ambiente são de tirar o fôlego, com esses talentosos pianistas ao vivo para combinar.Definitivamente, eu recomendaria ficar aqui sobre os "mais novos" outros hotéis 5 estrelas (o Peninsula Manila pode ter mais de 40 anos, mas você não saberia com base em todas as reformas e atualizações que eles fizeram).Melhor hotel em que fiquei, em Manila até agora. Comida deliciosa, atendimento ao cliente excepcional e ambiente de tirar o fôlego - ameaça tripla que é difícil de vencer.

Came to the Pen with old friends whom I used to enjoy the Lobby after a night out. We reminisced about our younger days here and around town and how the place has changed yet happily has maintained its charm. The menu is still exceptional and the service top notch. We will surely be back the next time I am in town. Gosh,I love this place!!

Absolutely exceptional hotel and customer service, especially at the Lounge. The hotel itself and its ambience is just breathtaking, with such talented live pianists to match. I would definitely recommend staying here over the "newer" other 5 star hotels (The Peninsula Manila may be over 40 years old, but you would not know it based on all the renovations and upgrades they have done). Best hotel I have stayed in, in Manila thus far. Delicious food, exceptional customer service, and breathtaking ambience - triple threat that's hard to beat.

Não só as nossas expectativas foram atendidas por estar em um hotel 5 estrelas, mas durante este período de quarentena tão cobiçado, nós realmente experimentamos a excelência do hotel em garantir nossa saúde e segurança. Chegamos vendo e sentindo a limpeza do quarto, cama e travesseiros muito confortáveis, comodidades limpas completas. Todas as refeições entregues em nosso quarto foram tratadas com delicadeza, mantidas em recipientes de aço aquecidos e marcados como “higienizado”. As frutas, pães e sucos no topo do recipiente estavam todos embrulhados em plástico. E também vale a pena mencionar é que as refeições estavam excelentes! Os funcionários foram todos educados e corteses, desde quem atende as chamadas até o pessoal que entrega a comida e amenidades solicitadas. Eles ouviram atentamente e muito receptivos e complacentes.Em suma, é uma ótima estadia, sem estresse e eles nos fizeram sentir importantes. We’re happy to have chosen The Peninsula Manila for our quarantine hotel. Not only our expectations were met from being in a 5 star hotel, but during this covid required quarantine time, we really experienced the excellence of the hotel in assuring our health & safety. We arrived seeing and feeling the cleanliness of the room, very comfortable bed and pillows, complete clean amenities. Every meals delivered to our room were handled delicately, kept in warm, marked “sanitized” steel container. The fruits, bread and juices at the top of the container were all wrapped in plastic. And also worth mentioning is that the meals were excellent! The staff were all polite and courteous, from the one answering the calls up to the staff delivering the food and amenities requested. They listened attentively and very responsive and accommodating.All in all it’s a great stay, stress free and they made us feel important. Our 5 days quarantine in the hotel became a quarantine vacation!Thanks to all, the staff, and also to the Managers who made daily calls to check and ask of any concerns we may have.Definitely we will come back to this hotel to experience another wonderful stay!From, M Reyes, Room 1117, (12/7/21- 12/11/21)

"The Pen" never disappoints! I booked an overnight stay here for the first time and the service was great. The staff are warm, helpful and friendly, facilities are well-maintained (esp the gym and pool), and most importantly, health protocols are carefully and painstakingly observed. I used to eat and hang out with friends here, but it's my first time to stay overnight. I really enjoyed it and looks like I'm going to book another staycation. Now I can definitely call it "HOME" :)
