“No announcement about renovations. Bad smelly air in the room because there is no air extraction. Telephone isn’t working. This can’t be a four star hotel.. still three nights to go..”

“Hotel looks amazing,but we could not sleep becouse of some horrible noises coming from outside on regular basis. Don ´ t know if it was from some technical room near to our room, airconditioning or what,but level in the room was 55 decibels every lets say 1-2 minutes... :-( :-( I am completely exhausted and it ruinded every other possitive experience I had with this hotel.. 1st floor,room 143.”
