Tive uma excelente estadia. Foi por acaso que o meu filho descobriu esta propriedade. Tive minhas apreensões, mas todas desapareceram no momento em que desembarcamos na propriedade. Lo pasamos excelente.Fue por casualidad que mi hijo descubrió esta propiedad. Tenía mis temores, pero todos desaparecieron en el momento en que aterrizamos en la propiedad. Pior experiência já tentando reservar este hotel! Tentamos reservar por telefone com a Saurav, comunicamos a 'oferta antecipada' no telefone e que o pagamento poderia ser feito integralmente por meio de cartão de débito ou transferência bancária. Ao chegar à Índia com meu marido e filho, ficamos em choque ao ver um valor errado na conta, ao tentar esclarecer com a equipe, recebemos um ultimato para pagar o valor mais alto ou nossa reserva seria cancelada. Preço à parte, foi o principal da questão e a má atitude da equipe que foi motivo de preocupação. Tentamos entrar em contato diretamente com a gerência, para a qual nos disseram que o gerente nos ligaria de volta (e não o fez). Mais tarde, recebemos um e-mail informando que nossa reserva foi cancelada. Perdemos mais do que a diferença de preço, pois nosso transporte já havia sido reservado de e para o hotel, mas ficamos felizes em renunciar a ficar em um lugar assim. Experiência terrível. Fabuloso... como la perfección en el desierto. El pueblo del vecindario puede ser un poco ruidoso por la noche... ¡pero el fuerte y el hotel son como una página de 1001 noches! Worst experience ever trying to book this hotel!
Tried to book via phone reservation with Saurav, we had communicated the ‘early bird offer’ on the phone and that payment could be made in full via a debit card or bank transfer. On arriving to india with my husband and child, we were in a rude shock to see a wrong amount on the bill, when trying to clarify with the staff we were given an ultimatum to pay the higher amount or our booking would be cancelled. Price apart it was the principal of the matter and the bad attitude of the staff that was of concern. We tried to contact the management directly to which we were told the manager would call us back (and didn’t). We later received an email that our booking was cancelled. We lost more than the price difference as our transport had already been booked to and from the hotel but were happy to forgo than stay in such a place. Appalling experience. Very bad Six senses!

Fabulous....like perfection in the desert. The neighborhood village can get a bit noisy at night....but the fort and the hotel are like a page out of 1001 nights! The rooms are massive...that's an understatement. Tech savvy tourists will love the bathrooms. The Italian food is exquisite! The Indian food needs to step up. A big thanks to the staff and to Payal and Chandrima.

I am at the Resort as a Visiting Professional, attached to the Spa, offering hypnotherapy and crystal therapy as part of the wellness programme.
The restoration is stunning, the lighting magical and the sounds of water and birds are all you hear.
The Fort overlooks the vilage of Barwara. In the close distance, the rugged Aravalli range of hills.
The service is very special, with kind and courteous staff. The food is very good. The swimming pool is very inviting. The spa offers some miraculous therapies.

É um belo forte, sem dúvida. Mas é um hotel novo, e a equipe parece pouco inexperiente. A comida é deliciosa. Eles não têm pratos quentes, então esteja preparado se não estiver muito quente ou mesmo quente no inverno. O ambiente excepcional cobre tudo. Es un hermoso fuerte sin duda. Pero es un hotel nuevo, y el personal parece un poco inexperto. La comida es deliciosa. No tienen platos calientes, así que prepárate si no hace un calor abrasador o incluso un calor óptimo en los inviernos. El ambiente excepcional cubre todo. It's a beautiful fort no doubt. But it's a new hotel, and the staff seems little inexperienced. Food is delicious. They don't have hot plates so be prepared if it's not sizzling hot or even optimum hot in winters. The outstanding ambiance cover up for everything. A suggestion: If you wnat something done ask the managers and the team. Be specific and hope for the best.
