“Overall: The hotel was just average. Some of the areas looked dated. The first floor smells of cigarettes. The elevators were hot and had a slight odor. The elevator never gave us any issues. The water did go out on our 2nd day. This was one of the closest hotels to Silver Creek Golf Course. There's a shopping center across the street. Cleanliness: The rooms were okay. My friend found a Cheetos underneath the couch and I found a pill next to the bed. I'm not sure how clean the carpets are, but they can go a wash. Bathroom and beds were maintained. Comfort: Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. The pullout couch was slightly better. The beds were okay. They weren't hard nor were they soft. Service: One of the rooms my friend booked had a broken AC unit. Took them the next following day to fix. Very unacceptable service. Maids were seen one of the mornings at our stay. Amenities: Breakfast was free. There's a large selection to choose from. They don't change the menu ever so whatever you see is the same thing the next day. There is a small gym. Sufficient enough for someone to stay in shape. The water fountains do not work. There's a basketball court. The swimming pool is tiny. There is also a patio area for guest to loiter at. In the hotel, there was a full refrigerator, microwave, stove, dish washer, sink, silverware, and plates. They provided only 2 towels per bathroom unless requested for. Safety: There are homeless people walking randomly in the parking lot. I would not recommend leaving anything in your car. Traffic tended to be moderate with a Jack in the box next door. There are keys required at all the side doors. Never really saw and suspicious people in the hotel itself. Parking: Parking is $12 for overnight. Guest can park for free before overnight hours. Supposedly there is a security guard, but I never seen one.”

“Smelly, dirty, *loud*, and staffed by people who'd rather be doing anything other than taking care of the needs of their guests. We live in a world of options. Check elsewhere for hotel accommodations, or make sure to bring Lysol, ear plugs and a few gallons of sanitizer.”
